completely different speech vindicating hysterical of an unsatisfied desire which was
hegemonic in the time of Sigmund Freud. It is a woman who gets to say you do not want,
according to the clinical vignettes, only want the useful, necessary. From this issue, one may
question the structural peculiarities of obsessional neurosis in women, through the Freudian
and Lacanian theory. Thus, this study was guided through four specific objectives: the first
was to make a historical retelling of sexual difference and the place of women in Western
society; the second was to build an overview of the concept of femininity in Freud and Lacan,
to contextualize the female issue in obsessional neurotic; the third specific objective was to
address the main cases discussed obsessional neurosis in women by Freud and Lacan. The
latter is to analyze the relationship of the obsessional neurotic with the mother, the maternal
substitutive, from Persephone and Demeter myth. The methodological approach used was to
review the literature concerning the matter and the use of clinical vignettes, aimed at a
theoretical and clinical discussion about the structure of obsessional neurosis in women in the
light of psychoanalysis. It follows the work asking to obsessional neurotic: what is to be a
woman? Possibly, your answer would be is to be sustained by by a phallic signifier and how
femininity mark on your body is antagonistic.
KEYWORDS: Psychoanalysis, clinic, obsessional neurosis, feminine desire. / O presente trabalho indaga sobre que mulher é essa, que tenta se inscrever no campo da
masculinidade, com um discurso completamente distinto do histérico reivindicativo de um
desejo insatisfeito, que era hegemônico no tempo de Sigmund Freud. É uma mulher que
chega a afirmar não desejar, de acordo com as vinhetas clínicas, só querer o útil, o necessário.
A partir dessa problemática, questionam-se as peculiaridades estruturais da neurose obsessiva
na mulher, através da teoria freudiana e lacaniana. Desse modo, o presente trabalho se
norteou através de quatro objetivos específicos: o primeiro foi de fazer uma releitura histórica
sobre a diferença sexual e o lugar da mulher na sociedade ocidental; o segundo foi de
construir uma síntese sobre o conceito de feminilidade em Freud e Lacan, para contextualizar
a questão do feminino na neurótica obsessiva; o terceiro objetivo específico foi de abordar os
principais casos debatidos de neurose obsessiva na mulher por Freud e Lacan. Este último
consiste em analisar a relação da neurótica obsessiva com a mãe, a suplência materna, a partir
do mito de Perséfone e Deméter. O percurso metodológico utilizado foi a revisão da literatura
pertinente ao tema e o uso de vinhetas clínicas, que visam a uma discussão teórica e clínica
acerca da estrutura da neurose obsessiva na mulher, à luz da psicanálise. Conclui-se o
trabalho indagando à neurótica obsessiva: o que é ser uma mulher? Possivelmente,
sua resposta seria: é ser sustentada pelo por um significante fálico e o quanto a
marca de feminilidade em seu corpo é antagônica.
