Previous issue date: 2016-11-25 / This thesis has the purpose to investigate the psychological effects of child malnutrition profile by famine, from a psychoanalytic perspective. This purpose could be achieved by the fact be based on understanding of hunger as a form of subjectivity of malnutrition. We start from the attempt to advance the knowledge of the subject with two main strands of research: the Freudian metapsychology on the experience of satisfaction and Lacanian theory on the modalities of lack of object. Freud's conception of the experience of satisfaction was the concept that led us to investigate the adoption of the term "experience", starting a semantic raid on the term in an attempt to understand the real sense that lives in it. From this we infer that the experience is that it takes into account the subjective aspects that are anchored on the basis of the subject's relationship with the Other. Research on the origins of psychic constitution led us to the Lacanian framework of the arrangements for lack of object, where we highlight the logical time of privation and the possibility of construction of the imago of a mother of privation as theoretical strategy. In a second stage of the thesis, we provide reports of fieldwork in an institution that acts in caring for malnourished children and that allowed us to infer about the construction of maternal imago, which returned the context of transference and denounced the ghost to which the child had to face. Therefore, as the main result, we agree that hunger can be understood as a primary experience, which shows the understanding of the way the question was integrated in children's psyches. That prospect prompted us in the investigation of symptoms presented by children as different modes of defense against the real invader, expanding our knowledge of the possibilities of clinical work with malnourished children that would enable symbolization of hunger experience in the search for a space enunciation that could do them well express wish. Psyches. / Essa tese tem como objetivo investigar as incidências psíquicas do quadro de desnutrição infantil por situação de fome, a partir de uma perspectiva psicanalítica. Esse propósito pôde ser alcançado pelo fato de pautar-se na compreensão da fome como a forma de subjetivação da desnutrição. Partimos da tentativa de avançar os conhecimentos sobre o assunto com duas principais vertentes de investigação: a metapsicologia freudiana sobre a experiência de satisfação e a teoria lacaniana sobre as modalidades de falta de objeto. A concepção freudiana sobre a experiência de satisfação foi o conceito que nos conduziu a investigar sobre a adoção do termo ¿experiência¿, iniciando uma incursão semântica sobre o termo na tentativa de compreender o sentido concreto que vive nele. Disso inferimos que a experiência é aquilo que leva em consideração os aspectos subjetivos que se ancoram nas bases da relação do sujeito com o Outro. A investigação sobre os primórdios da constituição psíquica nos conduziu ao referencial lacaniano das modalidades de falta de objeto, onde destacamos o tempo lógico da privação e a hipótese de construção da imago de uma mãe privadora como estratégia teórica. Em um segundo momento da tese, fornecemos os relatos de um trabalho de campo em uma instituição que atua no cuidado às crianças desnutridas e que nos permitiu inferir acerca da construção da imago materna que retornava no contexto transferencial e denunciava o fantasma ao qual a criança se via confrontada. Assim, como principal resultado, atestamos que a fome pode ser entendida como uma experiência primária, o que denota a compreensão sobre a maneira como a questão integrou-se na constituição psíquica da criança. Essa perspectiva incitou-nos na investigação dos sintomas apresentados pelas crianças como modalidades diferentes de defesa contra o real invasor, ampliando nossos conhecimentos sobre as possibilidades de um trabalho clínico com crianças desnutridas que possibilitasse uma simbolização da experiência de fome, na busca por um espaço de enunciação que pudesse fazê-las bem-dizer seu desejo.
