Cenas na psicanálise com crianças : possíveis destinos da interrupção de análise / SCENES IN PSYCHOANALYSIS WITH CHILDREN: POSSIBLE DESTINIES FROM INTERRUPTION OF THE ANALYSIS (Inglês)

Martinez, Carla Renata Braga de Souza 24 June 2016 (has links)
Made available in DSpace on 2019-03-29T23:47:26Z (GMT). No. of bitstreams: 0 Previous issue date: 2016-06-24 / The former work proposes a discussion about the destinies given by the child to an analysis interruption against the parent¿s solicitation for such ending. I consider that this solicitation functions so that the child can refer those questions by means of a creation. There are two assumptions that guide the thesis: the first one refers to the fact that the child, when on a psychic process of separation, turns to the parents looking for references to handle the psychic implications of this separation. However, the parents won¿t always give this support and this can lead to an answer of the child by means of a symptomatic production, marking the impasse of the formation of the subject to assume his desire. The second assumption shows that the work in analysis is sustained by the desire of the analyst, taking a place that favors the significant¿s slipping that circle this child¿s history. I begin by situating the child as a subject in constitution to psychoanalysis. In this aspect the theories of Freud and Lacan are the ones that interest, as the conception of child that underlies is that of a subject in event, that passes trough the lacanian psychic processes of alienation and separation. Next I¿ll discuss the place of the analyst, starting from Freud¿s work in his technical texts reaching the desire of the analyst, as elaborated by Lacan as means to position the analyst as function. In this sense, the desire of the analyst on the analysis with children is questioned, since not all analysts attend children. Said developments are embased theoretical and methodologically by the work with two clinical cases ¿ Cláudio Alberto and Larissa. The clinical narratives are presented by means of the clinical case construction and are envisioned according to three analysis scenes. I understand scene as a place of interlacement of significants, that occurs according to a temporality other than the chronological. That being said, the scenes would be: the parent¿s complaint; the establishment of the child¿s demand; and the creation as possible destiny to the analysis interruption. This construction undertaken by the child can be seized as something in the field of creation. Therefore the last scene is constructed and brought as closure to the thesis, but not to the child¿s analysis. Although it was possible to work it as a closing of a fragment of its analysis, the child may return in the post as a way to revisit your childhood and move toward a moment to complete. Key-words: Psychoanalysis with child, clinical case, creation, fictional, interruption. O desenvolvimento emocional de crianças (de) privadas da relação mãe-bebê : uma leitura winnicottiana da metodologia IRDI / The emotional development of children (de)privation of the mother-baby relationship: A winnicottian reading of the methodology IRDI (Inglês)

Made available in DSpace on 2019-03-30T00:13:32Z (GMT). No. of bitstreams: 0 Previous issue date: 2016-10-18 / This work aims to research and discuss the emotional development of children privation and deprivation of the mother-child relationship in the light of psychoanalytic theory of Donald W. Winnicott. From the understanding of the abandonment as neglect by parents and family with the child, which implies a lack of care and psychological support, that is, in an environment that failure, we relate the moment of the abandonment suffered by children who are forwarded to host institutions with Winnicott's concept of privation and deprivation. Therefore, we study the emotional development of four children, from the stages of dependence, that the author called the individual's personal maturation, and of the study¿s methodology, which will be based on the observation method with children, mediated by the instrument of Clinical Indicators of Risk for Child Development (IRDI). As one of the main results found, we saw that, despite failures in the development because of all the experience lived by the abandonment, the educator-child relationship is of fundamental importance to continue the child¿s maturation process, among other things; the four cases presented testify to this assertion. Keywords: psychoanalysis, Winnicott, emotional development, observation of children, institutional environment.

Lima, Idenilza Barbosa Lima de 20 December 2007 (has links)
Made available in DSpace on 2019-03-29T23:13:52Z (GMT). No. of bitstreams: 0 Previous issue date: 2007-12-20 / This study focused on presenting the Freudian postulates about the vicissitudes of the individualization of the child, which has as the main topic the metropolis, with its historical constructions and ruins. With this focus, we considered the thoughts of Water Benjamin, which approaches the theme of the way which the child questions the world. To recover the opportunity of the thoughts, psychoanalytical and philosophical, contemplating the musical work of Chico Buarque because we consider it a written speech of the urban environment in which the child subjectivizes her/himself. The proposal of study of Walter Benjamin was used as the analysis method of these compositions, nominatedly, the analysis of the linguistic and historical-social content, because we understand that for this philosopher the theoretical barriers are open to many fields of knowledge, among which we highlight the esthetics, a privideged source also in the Freudian reflections. Form these analyses, the conclusion is that both childhood and that they base the psychoanalytical methods. As a result, these postulates propose a clinic in which trusts on the child, subject to happen, starts by recognizing him/her not only as an allegory of the place in which she/he lives, but also as an allegoristic, capable of picking up the pieces and fragments of the city, to expose them on the ludic scene. Key words: Walter Benjamin, Chico Buarque, allegory, psychoanalysis, subjective quality, childhood. Made available in DSpace on 2019-03-29T23:34:05Z (GMT). No. of bitstreams: 0 Previous issue date: 2011-12-16 / This dissertation aims to relate the daily aspects of early childhood apprehended through the clinic of Occupational Therapy and psychic constitution in the light of psychoanalytic theory. To respond our objectives, we established conditions for understanding the concept of everyday life, first studied by the social sciences and later incorporated into the occupational therapy clinic. Subsequently, we discourse about the Occupational Therapy and then about early childhood and psychic constitution. Through the study of three cases, we casted aspects of daily life of children, in line with the theoretical propositions of the study, that made possible the emergence of categories as time, space, play and childcare. Based on these ones, we composed the joints with the theories of the psychic constitution in the light of psychoanalysis, suggesting that these are elements of convergence that relate to the subject and culture and thus we may think the routine previously described by the Occupational Therapy also in its psychic dimension. Keywords: Daily Life. Occupational Therapy. Early childhood. Psychic constitution. Crianças com fissuras labiopalatinas : os sentidos da malformação no discurso materno / Children with cleft lip and palate:sense of the malformation in maternal speech (Inglês)

Made available in DSpace on 2019-04-05T23:02:34Z (GMT). No. of bitstreams: 0 Previous issue date: 2003-08-26 / This dissertation aims to study the attributed senses to the mother s speech about a child who was born with cleft lip and palate. This work treats the problem of cleft lip and palate in it s organic aspects, the notion and the construction of the body in Psychanalisis, the children and their relationship with the Other, and, above all, the cleft baled by the mother s speech. These clefts are refered to as congenit malformation, and it s for this reason that these children have brought with them, at the moment they were born, a discontinuous mark in their lip and palate. We became interested in investigating the subjective implications of a cleft scene and, because of this, we started a qualitative research at the Hospital Infantil Albert Sabin HIAS, where six interviews were made with cleft children s mothers. We used the Psychanalisis theory to reflect about all the thematic that appeared during the investigation development. The realization of this work revealed that the subjective constitution process can be preserved, even in the presence of serious malformations, once the mother s speech can be unglued from the organic damage, resulting that the child doesn t recognize herself only as a malformation carrier. Keywords: body, language, cleft lip and palate, Psychanalisis.

Alves, Fernando Donizete. January 2008 (has links)
Abstract: From the consideration of the 'feeling of childhood' that is rendered about the century XVIII, the play has been objective of great interest, mainly in the field of the Education. In these terms, it is inevitable his/her association to the school education, particularly of the small child. In Brazil, it is not different, in other words, it is possible to observe at the schools for small children in Brazil the presence of the play, rendered in the games, in the to count and to hear histories. f the lúdico is the daily scholar's part fits to ask like him has been welcomed in practice pedagogic? In this study it is questioned as the play has been considered and welcomed at the school for small children in Brazil. We broke of the premise that the presence of play at the school would owe if to give for his/her educational value. Sustained in the psychoanalytic theoretical referencial, that research recognizes in the play a rich learning space for the child, once it mobilizes fantasies of the order of the erotic and of the aggressive and he/she does of them food for the elaboration of a knowledge at the level of the reason, for the road of the symbolization and of the sublimation. In this it consists his/her educational value, acting in favor of the secondary process, in other words, in favor of the reality beginning. In those terms, to assume the play as educational resource demands the recognition from the school that the education is a process that is not limited to the conscious intention, more than he/she is inseparable of the unconscious dimension, co-agent and co-producer of the you make humans. Like this, the objective of that research is to investigate as he/she feels, in practice pedagogic of the teacher that acts at the school the reception of the play. For so much, interviews were accomplished with six teachers that work at schools of public infantile education municipal of a city of the State of São Paulo, Brazil. / Doutor

The fundaments of psychoanalytic practice in childhood: a case study about mother and child relationship difficulties and its consequences in the psychological constitutional development (Inglês)

Made available in DSpace on 2019-03-29T23:54:35Z (GMT). No. of bitstreams: 0 Previous issue date: 2014-10-02 / This paper aims to discuss, based on the clinical case of a child with learning problems, the fundaments of child psychoanalysis in the light of psychoanalytic theory, primarily through the ideas of Freud and Melanie Klein. Based on the hypothesis of the maternal body as the first object of knowledge, it is believed that the epistemophilic drive enabled by the emergence of oedipal tendencies turns to the mother's body to serve as a stage where the processes of sexual development will take place. The case is reported throughout the development of the study, always correlating the clinical scenario with theory. Based upon a situation of impulse excess, initially, Freud's drives concepts are approached followed by Klein's main thoughts on archaic situations of anguish. Subsequently, the theory of fantasy is investigated founded on Freud and Klein's ideas. The case report concludes with a study about the construction of symbols inferring on the development of a child's psyche from the earliest moments of its constitution. Keywords: psychoanalysis; child psychoanalysis; anguish; fantasy; symbol formation. Fome, privação e experiência : um estudo psicanalítico na clínica com crianças desnutridas / HUNGER, PRIVATION AND EXPERIENCE: A PSYCHOANALYTIC STUDY IN THE CLINIC WITH MALNOURISHED CHILDREN (Inglês)

Pinto, Paula Julianna Chaves 25 November 2016 (has links)
Made available in DSpace on 2019-03-29T23:57:13Z (GMT). No. of bitstreams: 0 Previous issue date: 2016-11-25 / This thesis has the purpose to investigate the psychological effects of child malnutrition profile by famine, from a psychoanalytic perspective. This purpose could be achieved by the fact be based on understanding of hunger as a form of subjectivity of malnutrition. We start from the attempt to advance the knowledge of the subject with two main strands of research: the Freudian metapsychology on the experience of satisfaction and Lacanian theory on the modalities of lack of object. Freud's conception of the experience of satisfaction was the concept that led us to investigate the adoption of the term "experience", starting a semantic raid on the term in an attempt to understand the real sense that lives in it. From this we infer that the experience is that it takes into account the subjective aspects that are anchored on the basis of the subject's relationship with the Other. Research on the origins of psychic constitution led us to the Lacanian framework of the arrangements for lack of object, where we highlight the logical time of privation and the possibility of construction of the imago of a mother of privation as theoretical strategy. In a second stage of the thesis, we provide reports of fieldwork in an institution that acts in caring for malnourished children and that allowed us to infer about the construction of maternal imago, which returned the context of transference and denounced the ghost to which the child had to face. Therefore, as the main result, we agree that hunger can be understood as a primary experience, which shows the understanding of the way the question was integrated in children's psyches. That prospect prompted us in the investigation of symptoms presented by children as different modes of defense against the real invader, expanding our knowledge of the possibilities of clinical work with malnourished children that would enable symbolization of hunger experience in the search for a space enunciation that could do them well express wish. Keywords: Psychoanalysis. Hunger. Privation. Experience. Psyches. A relação transferencial é vista como lugar privilegiado para a instauração de experiências inaugurais, do não vivido e do por viver _______________________________________________________________________________________ ABSTRACT / The area of interest in this dissertation is the psychoanalysis with children in serious psychic suffering, aiming the transferencial relationship with them. Firstly, it reflects on the serious psychic suffering, adopting the clinical posture of listen the subject beyond the pathology and the symptoms, thinking the subject as a being with his own singularities and particularities. Next, the ways of thinking and analyzing the transference with children in serious psychic suffering are investigated and discussed, and also its specificities are identified. Subsequently, the importance of thinking the transferencial handling far beyond the limits of the interpretation is demonstrated, bringing back the importance of non-verbal sensorial bonds in the transferencial relationship. A theoretical study on Freud, Klein and Winnicott works is carried out, especially their texts on transference and an evolution of the treatment of two children in serious psychic suffering is related, focusing on the specificities and changing in the transferencial relationship with each child. This dissertation discusses about the importance of thinking clinical transference with children in serious psychic suffering not only as a resignification of the meaning of something experienced, but also as a way to constitute what is experienced in the relationship with the analyst. The transferencial relationship is seeing as a privileged place for the establishment of inaugural experiences, some of them not yet lived and others which are to be lived

_______________________________________________________________________________________ ABSTRACT / This thesis defends the idea that psychoanalysis with children, based on its theoretical framework and its clinical interventions, brings about the installation of the fundamental phantasm proposed by Lacan, taking the child to psychological normality as conceived by Freud. Operations such as compression, alienation and separation, when they install themselves during the process of the subject's structuring by language, are responsible for the determination of the subject vis à vis the enigma of the desire for the Other and find in phantasy, as a consequence of the existence of the phantasm, a fiction about this question. The installation of the Other, as the meeting point of the language with the neo-natal organism, and the position of the object that causes desire, small a, are possible places for the analyst in conducting analyses of children with disturbances in their structuration process.
