psíquico grave, e o objeto de pesquisa é a relação transferencial com essas crianças.
Primeiramente, reflete-se sobre o sofrimento psíquico grave adotando a postura clínica
de escutar o sujeito para além da patologia e do sintoma, pensando o sujeito como um
ser com singularidades e com particularidades. Em seguida, investiga-se e discute-se
sobre as formas de abordar e de analisar a transferência na clínica psicanalítica com
crianças em sofrimento psíquico grave e ainda identificam-se algumas das
especificidades da relação transferencial nessa clínica. Posteriormente, demonstra-se a
importância de pensar o manejo da transferência para além dos limites da interpretação
e resgata-se a importância dos vínculos sensoriais não-verbais na relação transferencial.
Realiza-se um estudo teórico a partir das obras de Freud, de Klein e de Winnicott,
priorizando os textos sobre transferência, e relata-se a evolução do tratamento de duas
crianças em sofrimento psíquico grave, enfocando as especificidades e as mudanças na
relação transferencial com cada criança. Discute-se a importância de pensar a
transferência na clínica com crianças em sofrimento psíquico grave não apenas como
uma forma de re-significação de sentido e de significado de algo vivido, mas também
como uma forma de constituir o vivido na relação atual com a analista. A relação
transferencial é vista como lugar privilegiado para a instauração de experiências
inaugurais, do não vivido e do por viver
_______________________________________________________________________________________ ABSTRACT / The area of interest in this dissertation is the psychoanalysis with children in serious
psychic suffering, aiming the transferencial relationship with them. Firstly, it reflects on
the serious psychic suffering, adopting the clinical posture of listen the subject beyond
the pathology and the symptoms, thinking the subject as a being with his own
singularities and particularities. Next, the ways of thinking and analyzing the
transference with children in serious psychic suffering are investigated and discussed,
and also its specificities are identified. Subsequently, the importance of thinking the
transferencial handling far beyond the limits of the interpretation is demonstrated,
bringing back the importance of non-verbal sensorial bonds in the transferencial
relationship. A theoretical study on Freud, Klein and Winnicott works is carried out,
especially their texts on transference and an evolution of the treatment of two children
in serious psychic suffering is related, focusing on the specificities and changing in the
transferencial relationship with each child. This dissertation discusses about the
importance of thinking clinical transference with children in serious psychic suffering
not only as a resignification of the meaning of something experienced, but also as a way
to constitute what is experienced in the relationship with the analyst. The transferencial
relationship is seeing as a privileged place for the establishment of inaugural
experiences, some of them not yet lived and others which are to be lived
