No. of bitstreams: 0 Previous issue date: 2009-12-10 / The Amazon is known for its diversity of legends that surround its exuberant forest and vast basin with allure. The legends are folkloric manifestations that psychoanalysis takes an interest in since Freud's studies. Thus, the folklore is within the context of psychoanalytic investigation and it enables researches on the unconscious meanings of the Amazonian legends. This way, our study, which is at the interface between psychoanalysis and folklore, uses the legends of Mapinguari, Boto and Cobra Norato to achieve the goal of understanding these legends under the light of Freudian theory. The qualitative procedure was used. From a bibliographic research, we analyzed the collected data through content analysis which followed three steps: description, investigation and comparison. The description was based on researchers of Brazilian folklore, the investigation was linked to Freud s work and the comparison had as a parameter the analyses of folk tales developed by other scholars of psychoanalysis. The results raised psychoanalytic issues related to the outstanding aspects of the legends, such as the fantasy of being devoured, the seduction and the duality of the drive. Therefore, the legends of Mapinguari, Boto and Cobra Norato are intertwined, respectively, with issues such as castration complex, narcissism and the drives of life and death. Consequently, this research provides an important contribution to the psychoanalytic study of folklore. Keywords: psychoanalysis, Amazonian legends, the castration complex, narcissism, drive dualism. / A Amazônia é conhecida por sua diversidade de lendas que cercam de encantos sua exuberante floresta e imensa bacia hidrográfica. As lendas são manifestações folclóricas que interessam à psicanálise desde os estudos de Freud. Nesse sentido, o folclore insere-se no contexto de investigação psicanalítico e viabiliza a pesquisa sobre os significados inconscientes das lendas amazônicas. Dessa forma, nosso estudo, situado na interface da psicanálise com o folclore, recorta as lendas do Mapinguari, do Boto e da Cobra Norato para atingir o objetivo de compreender essas lendas à luz da teoria freudiana. Para tanto, utilizamos o procedimento metodológico qualitativo e a partir de uma pesquisa bibliográfica analisamos os dados coletados através da análise de conteúdo que seguiu três passos: descrição, investigação e comparação. A descrição foi embasada nos pesquisadores do folclore brasileiro, a investigação esteve atrelada à obra de Freud e a comparação tomou como parâmetro as análises de narrativas folclóricas desenvolvidas por outros estudiosos da psicanálise. Os resultados encontrados evocaram temas psicanalíticos relacionados aos aspectos de destaque das lendas como a fantasia de ser devorado, a sedução e a dualidade pulsional. Portanto, as lendas do Mapinguari, do Boto e da Cobra Norato entrelaçaram-se, respectivamente, a temas como o complexo de castração, o narcisismo e as pulsões de vida e de morte. Consequentemente, esta pesquisa traz uma importante contribuição para os estudos psicanalíticos das manifestações folclóricas. No. of bitstreams: 0 Previous issue date: 2014-10-02 / This paper aims to discuss, based on the clinical case of a child with learning problems, the fundaments of child psychoanalysis in the light of psychoanalytic theory, primarily through the ideas of Freud and Melanie Klein. Based on the hypothesis of the maternal body as the first object of knowledge, it is believed that the epistemophilic drive enabled by the emergence of oedipal tendencies turns to the mother's body to serve as a stage where the processes of sexual development will take place. The case is reported throughout the development of the study, always correlating the clinical scenario with theory. Based upon a situation of impulse excess, initially, Freud's drives concepts are approached followed by Klein's main thoughts on archaic situations of anguish. Subsequently, the theory of fantasy is investigated founded on Freud and Klein's ideas. The case report concludes with a study about the construction of symbols inferring on the development of a child's psyche from the earliest moments of its constitution. Keywords: psychoanalysis; child psychoanalysis; anguish; fantasy; symbol formation. / Este trabalho tem como objetivo discutir, a partir de um caso clínico de uma criança, com impasses escolares, os fundamentos da clínica infantil à luz da teoria psicanalítica, principalmente, através das ideias de Freud e Melanie Klein. Partindo da hipótese do corpo materno como primeiro objeto do conhecimento, acredita-se que a pulsão epistemofílica ativada pelo surgimento das tendências edipianas, volta-se para o corpo da mãe que servirá de palco onde acontecerão os processos e desenvolvimentos sexuais. O relato de caso aparece durante o desenvolvimento do trabalho, sempre tentando correlacionar a clínica com a teoria. Partindo de uma situação de excesso pulsional, abordamos o conceito de pulsão em Freud seguido das principais ideias de Klein sobre as situações arcaicas de angústia. Em seguida, investigamos o conceito de fantasia, sempre a partir de Freud e Klein. Por último, chegamos à formação de símbolos, onde encerramos o relato do caso, buscando extrair conclusões sobre o desenvolvimento do psiquismo da criança, desde os mais remotos momentos de sua constituição.
