Previous issue date: 2010-05-03 / A pesquisa aqui desenvolvida tem por objetivo analisar as contradições entre os pólos capital/ trabalho diante das políticas de trabalho e geração de renda do município de Vitória. Tem por intuito analisar as consequências dos programas realizados na área do trabalho, encampados pela Secretaria de Trabalho e Geração de Renda do município, para o mundo do trabalho, diante do contexto atual do capitalismo neoliberal e da tendência histórica das políticas sociais. Nessa medida, este trabalho nos permitirá perceber se a tendência das políticas de trabalho e renda é fortalecer a classe trabalhadora através da expansão de seus direitos, da regulação social do trabalho, ou
legitimar a ordem capitalista. Para isso, iremos percorrer a histórica das políticas sociais e do avanço dos direitos, considerando o processo de luta de classes enquanto fundamental para este percurso. Relataremos as características do capitalismo atual, os dados na área do mundo do trabalho e, através da realização de entrevistas semiestruturadas
e da leitura de documentos, analisaremos, à luz da teoria crítica, de forma qualitativa, relacionando totalidade e particularidades em que perspectiva caminha as políticas de trabalho e renda do município de Vitória.

policies on employment and income generation in the city of Victoria. Has meant to
examine the consequences of programs conducted in the area of work, taken over by the Department of
Work and Income Generation in the city to the world of work, given the current context of neoliberal
capitalism and the historical trend of social policies. As such, this work will allow us to see if the trend of
employment and income policies is to strengthen the working class through the expansion of their rights,
the regulation of social work, or legitimize the capitalist order. Therefore, we'll go through the historical
and social policies on the advancement of rights, considering the process of class struggle as central to
this course. We report the characteristics of contemporary capitalism, the data in the area of the working
world, and by conducting semi-structured interviews and reading of documents, we will examine in the
light of critical theory, in a qualitative way, and all particulars relating to that perspective walks policies
of employment and income in the city of Victoria.
