Núcleo de Apoio a Saúde da Família / avanço da implantação da Estratégia Saúde da Família (ESF) em todo o país e a necessidade de qualificar suas ações e aumentar o escopo de atuação compuseram o contexto propício à criação do Núcleo de Apoio à Saúde da Família (NASF), no ano de 2008. Tal núcleo de apoio é formado por diferentes especialistas, os quais prestam suporte matricial aos profissionais da Atenção Primária à Saúde (APS), no âmbito
pedagógico e assistencial. O conceito de apoio matricial é elaborado por Gastão Wagner de Souza Campos, tendo sido aplicado inicialmente no campo da saúde mental. Na cidade do Rio de Janeiro a ESF apresentava uma cobertura de
aproximadamente 7% no ano de 2009 e atualmente a cobertura ultrapassa os 50%. A
adesão de equipes NASF inicia-se em 2011 e, ao final do ano de 2015, já se contabilizam 73 equipes atuantes. Com base nessas considerações, esta pesquisa tem por objetivo: analisar o trabalho de Apoio Matricial e ‘mapear’ os conflitos bioéticos do processo de matriciamento, na perspectiva dos profissionais de nível superior da equipe de ESF e do NASF, de uma Área de Planejamento da cidade do Rio de
Janeiro. Trata-se de um estudo de caso, de cunho qualitativo, que utilizou os instrumentos de entrevista e observação participante para construção de dados, que foram interpretados com a Análise de Conteúdo de Bardin. Como resultado obtiveram-se dois artigos, a saber: (1) O apoio matricial à Estratégia Saúde da Família: construções possíveis, o qual apresenta um levantamento de experiências de apoio matricial nos últimos quinze anos; (2) A consolidação do NASF na cidade do Rio de Janeiro: trabalho vivo e questões bioéticas, no qual a metodologia e análise dos dados construídos são apresentados. A conclusão é que o processo de trabalho do NASF vem sendo consolidado no território, aumentando a resolutividade, qualificando os casos encaminhados aos serviços especializados, entre outros avanços. Contudo, alguns problemas podem ser identificados, como a grande
rotatividade de profissionais e o excesso de atribuições, dificultando assim, o processo
de matriciamento. Por fim, identifica-se na fala dos profissionais que as questões bioéticas presentes em outros estudos, como os atritos interpessoais, a oferta de cuidado em saúde não igualitária aos usuários pelo profissional, a preocupação com o sigilo profissional dos Agentes Comunitários de Saúde (ACS) em relação aos
usuários, entre outros aspectos / The advance of the implementation of the Family’s Health Strategy all over the country and the need to qualify its actions and to increase the scope of the actuation composed the propitiate context to create the Core of the Family’s Health Support in 2008. This core of support is formed by several specialists that make the matricial
care to the professionals of the Health’s Primary Attention in the pedagogical and healthcare support. The concept of matricial support is elaborated by Gastão Wagner de Souza Campos and had been initially applied in the mental’s health field. In the Rio de Janeiro city, the Family’s Health Strategy covered about 7% in 2009 and actually exceeds 50%. The adhesion of Core of the Family’s Health Support teams
begins in 2011 and in the end of 2015, accounts 73 acting teams. According to theses considerations, this research has as objective: analyze the work of the Matricial
Support and to map the bioethical conflicts in the matricial process, in the perspective of the superior level professionals that are part of the Family’s Health Strategy and the Core of the Family’s Health Support, in a specific area of Rio de Janeiro city. It’s a qualitative case study that opted to use some instruments as interviews and
participant observation to construct the data that had been interpreted by the Content’s Analyze of Bardin. As a result, two articles were produced: 1) The matricial support to the Family’s Health Strategy: possible constructions, that presents a reunion of the experiences of the matricial support on the last fifteen years. 2) The consolidation of the Core of the Family’s Health Support: live work and bioethical questions, where the methodology and the data analyze are presented. The conclusion is that the work
process of Core of the Family’s Health Support is being consolidated in the territory, increasing the resoluteness, qualifying the cases that are forwarded to the specialized services, between other conquests. However, some problems can be also identified as the huge turnover of professionals and the excess of attributions, hampering the matricial process. Concluding, is possible to identify that the bioethical questions are present in other studies, as the interpersonal relation and its conflicts, the nonegalitarian
offer to the user, the concern about the secrecy of the Health’s Community Agent, and other aspects
