A presente pesquisa visa analisar a dinâmica dos processos territoriais relacionada às alterações da matriz produtiva no município de Tupanciretã cuja gênese do espaço rural, intrinsecamente ligado ao latifúndio pastoril, vem sofrendo transformações significativas ao longo das últimas décadas. Isso ocorreu devido à retração da pecuária extensiva, em favor da agricultura moderna, ou seja, plantio de soja e desenvolvimento do agronegócio. A fragmentação parcial dos criatórios de gado e sua reestruturação ocorrem através de três formas predominantes: o arrendamento; a venda de propriedades e a desapropriação de terras ociosas que não estavam exercendo sua função social. Cada território imprime no espaço suas características resultantes de suas atividades, mas, no decorrer dos tempos, outros territórios surgem e competem nesses espaços, dinamizando o espaço geográfico através das relações de seus agentes em prol de suas atividades. A dialética se faz presente para abarcar a dinâmica do processo através do Materialismo Histórico de transformação do espaço agrário no Município, possibilitando, por meio da análise da Formação Socioespacial, orientar o caminho desta tese e compreender o objeto de estudo e sua interação através das verticalidades que chegam ao Território. Assim, essa pesquisa tem por objetivo compreender e explicar dois processos de transformação no espaço agrário de Tupanciretã; o primeiro refere-se à investigação do(s) motivo(s) pelo(s) qual(is) a pecuária extensiva, herdeira das sesmarias, detentora do fator terra, permitiu a inserção da leguminosa soja em suas áreas, e o segundo, à análise da formação e estruturação dos quinze (15) assentamentos rurais de reforma agrária que também têm admitido a presença de uma agricultura capitalista em seus lotes, sabendo que os movimentos sociais de luta pela terra combatem qualquer monocultura capitalista, ou seja, o agronegócio. / This research aims to analyze the dynamics of territorial processes related to changes in matrix production in the city of Tupaciretã, whose genesis in the rural space, intrinsically linked to pastoral landowners, intrinsecamente ligado ao latifúndio pastoril, has undergone significant changes over the past few decades. This has happened due to the retraction of extensive livestock, in favor of the modern agriculture, ie, soybean planting and agribusiness development. The partial fragmentation of cattle farms and its restructuring, occurs in in three predominant ways: the leasing; the sale of properties and the expropriation of idle lands that were not performing its social function. Each territory prints in space the resulting characteristics of its activities, but, in the course of time, other territories emerge and compete in these spaces, streamlining geographical space through the relations of their agents in support of their activities. The dialetic is present to encompass the dinamics of the process through Historical Materialism of agrarian space transformation in the city, making it possible, through Sociospacial Formation, to guide the path of this Thesis and to understand the subject matter and its interaction through the uprights that come to the territory. Thus, this research aims to understand and explain two processes of Tupaciretã's agrarian space transformation; the first one refers to the investigation of the reasons for which the extensive livestock, heiress of sesmarias, holder of the land factor, allowed the inclusion of soybean in their fields, and the second one refers to the analysis of formation and organization of fifteen (15) rural settlements which have also admitted the presence of capitalist agriculture in their lots, even though they know that the social movements that struggle for land combat any capitalist monoculture, ie, agribusiness.
