Previous issue date: 2016-11-04 / A presente pesquisa tem como contexto a viol?ncia dom?stica contra a mulher. Essa ?
entendida como qualquer a??o que cause morte, dano ou sofrimento f?sico, sexual ou
psicol?gico, ocorrida no ambiente dom?stico, ou ainda praticada por c?njuge, companheiro,
amante ou ex-namorados, fora desse ambiente. Constitui uma grave viola??o de direitos
humanos com s?rias consequ?ncias para a sa?de f?sica e emocional da mulher. As estat?sticas
mostram que, apesar dos avan?os nesse campo, ainda ? alto o n?mero de pessoas que vivem
nessa condi??o. Tais n?meros evidenciam a necessidade de cont?nuas discuss?es na busca de
estrat?gias e pol?ticas para a preven??o e o enfrentamento dessa forma de viol?ncia, bem
como para o apoio ? mulher agredida. Para subsidiar tais reflex?es, ? preciso conhecer melhor
quem s?o as mulheres que vivem nessa situa??o, perguntar o que ? importante para elas, o que
pensam sobre a condi??o em que vivem, quais s?o seus desejos e sonhos. Tal escuta significa
ir al?m de uma pr?tica assistencialista, uma vez que lhes concede um lugar diferente do de
v?timas, considerando-as como sujeitos que podem dizer de si. Dessa forma, trata-se de um
estudo qualitativo, que busca compreender a experi?ncia dessas mulheres acerca da rela??o de
viol?ncia dom?stica que vivenciam. O acesso ?s narrativas se deu atrav?s da realiza??o de
oficinas, nas quais foram utilizados escritos, desenhos e/ou recortes de revistas escolhidos por
elas mesmas, para disparar a fala sobre suas hist?rias. Ap?s a produ??o dos relatos, o material
das oficinas foi analisado atrav?s da hermen?utica gadameriana ? que se vale da linguagem no
centro da experi?ncia do sujeito com o outro, dentro de uma historicidade demarcada pelo
tempo e espa?o ? em articula??o com a perspectiva relacional sobre a viol?ncia dom?stica. A
an?lise al?m de confirmar a relev?ncia da escuta aos aspectos subjetivos, ressaltou a
import?ncia que os companheiros ocupam na vida das mulheres, destacando a dificuldade que
elas apresentam para romper com a situa??o de viol?ncia e para articular estrat?gias que
viabilizem mudan?as em suas vidas. / This study comes to the context of domestic violence against women. This is understood as
any action that causes death, damage or physical, sexual or psychological suffering that
occurred in the home, or committed by a spouse, partner, lover or ex-boyfriends out of that
setting. It has constituted a serious violation of human rights with serious consequences for
women?s physical and emotional health. Statistics have shown that despite advances in this
field, it is still high number of people living in this condition. These figures have highlighted
the need for ongoing discussions in order to search strategies and policies to prevent and
confront this form of violence and to support the battered woman. To support these
reflections, we need to know better who are the women who live in this situation, ask what is
important to them, as well as what they think about the condition in which they live and what
are your wishes and dreams. Such listening means going beyond a welfare practice, since it
grants them a place other than the victims, considering them as subjects who can tell yourself.
It is thus a qualitative study that seeks to understand the experience of these women in on the
relationship of domestic violence they experience. Access to narratives are given by
conducting workshops in which were used writings, drawings and/or magazine clippings
chosen by women, to trigger talk about their stories. After the production of reports, the
material of the workshops was analyzed by Gadamer's hermeneutics - that aims the language
at the center of the subject's experience with each other, within a historicity demarcated by
time and space - in conjunction with the relational perspective on domestic violence. The
analysis in addition to confirming the importance of listening to the subjective aspects
highlighted the importance that the partners have occupied in the lives of women, highlighting
the difficulty they have to break with the violence and to articulate strategies that enable
changes in their lives
