Previous issue date: 2013 / O objetivo desta tese consistiu em analisar as interfaces existentes entre as crenças sobre a natureza humana do grupo fundador e a construção de estruturas de ação para a aprendizagem em uma organização do terceiro setor. A pesquisa foi realizada em uma organização que existe desde 2000, fundada por familiares, dentre eles um ex-atleta. Esta visa articular, promover e apoiar ações que ofereçam oportunidades de integração social para os cidadãos, fortalecendo uma cultura de solidariedade. Utilizou-se como procedimento de pesquisa a triangulação intramétodo qualitativa sustentada pela perspectiva construcionista social da realidade de base interpretativa. Recorreu-se à coleta e análise documental, entrevistas semiestruturadas com três pessoas que compõem o grupo fundador da organização e cinco funcionários, além de observação direta. Os dados foram tratados a partir da análise qualitativa de conteúdo ilustrada a partir de dois mapas conceituais. Foi possível identificar que há crenças favoráveis sobre a natureza humana que indicam que todas as pessoas são percebidas pelos fundadores como boas ou capazes de mudar a partir da interação com o contexto de que fazem parte. Estas crenças provenientes dos líderes de uma organização facilita com que dialoguem de modo apreciativo com as pessoas e assim ampliem os processos de aprendizagem individual, grupal e organizacional no trabalho. Sugerem-se futuros estudos que visem analisar as crenças de pessoas que possuem relações de trabalho em organizações do terceiro setor. Indica-se ainda analisar as relações entre os mesmos fenômenos da pesquisa em organizações do terceiro setor que possuam como a figura central atletas ou ex-atletas, para entender melhor as características culturais.<br> / Abstract : The aim of this thesis was to examine the interfaces between human nature beliefs of the founding group and the construction of strictures for learning in a third sector organization. The research was conducted in an organization that has existed since 2000 founded by family members, including a former athlete. This aims to articulate, promote and support activities that provide opportunities for social integration to citizens, strengthening a culture of solidarity. It was a qualitative research procedure triangulation between method sustained by social constructionist perspective of reality from a interpretative basis. Appealed to the collection and document analysis, semi-structured interviews with three people who make up the organization's founding group and five employees were made, and direct observation. Data from the qualitative content analysis were illustrated from two conceptual maps. From the results of the study it was identified that there are favorable beliefs about human nature that indicate that all people are perceived by the founders as good or capable of changing from interaction with the context to which they belong. These beliefs from the leaders of an organization, facilitates the communication and the dialogue appreciatively with people and thus broaden the individual, group and organizational learning processes at work. We suggest future studies that aim to analize the beliefs of people who have working relationships with third sector organizations. Tell it remains to examine the relationships between the same phenomena research in third sector organizations having as the central figure athletes or former athletes, to better understand the cultural characteristics.
