Previous issue date: 2016 / Nesta dissertação, procurei analisar e problematizar criticamente processos de dominação no interior de uma ação de inclusão social - o "projeto" - baseada em princípios de educação empreendedora. Para tanto, pesquisei relações de poder e de tutela que se estabeleceram entre a iniciativa estudada e as rendeiras de bilro do município de Florianópolis, que foram alvo de ações de capacitação em empreendedorismo. Durante aproximadamente seis meses atuei simultaneamente nos papéis de tutor e pesquisador dessa iniciativa, de modo a realizar observações participantes. O referencial teórico utilizado para apoiar as análises foi baseado em alguns conceitos propostos por Michel Foucault, dentre os quais, governamento, governamentalidade, subjetivação e inclusão. Bem como, os os conceitos de dominação, rebatimento de planos, tutela e inclusão, propostos pelos aportes teóricos de Alfredo Veiga-Neto e Maura Corcini Lopes. As análises possibilitaram evidenciar pequenas ações de poder e resistência manifestadas nas relações entre o projeto e as rendeiras. Assim como, colocar em destaque as características que permitiram o estabelecimento de uma relação de tutela, a partir da qual o projeto procurou direcionar o comportamento das rendeiras. Foi possível evidenciar que tais ações tiveram como objetivo a captura das subjetividades das rendeiras em benefício da governamentalidade neoliberal em ações de dominação. Isso ocorreu por meio de processos de subjetivação, nos quais se procurou transmitir características, valores e verdades por meio das quais a governamentalidade pudesse operar sobre as rendeiras. Dentre essas verdades destaco, principalmente, o reforço da percepção de si mesmas como empresas. Ou seja, a criação de sujeitos-microempresas.<br> / Abstract : In this dissertation, I sought to analyze and critically problematize processes of domination within a social inclusion initiative - the "project" - based on principles of entrepreneurial education. For that, I researched power relations and guardianship that were established between the studied initiative and the lacemakers of the city of Florianópolis, which were the target of entrepreneurship training actions. For approximately six months I worked simultaneously in the roles of tutor and researcher of this initiative, in order to make participant observations. The theoretical reference used to support the analyzes was based on some concepts proposed by Michel Foucault, among them, government, governmentality, subjectivation and inclusion. As well as, the concepts of domination, plane rotation, guardianship and inclusion, proposed by the theoretical contributions of Alfredo Veiga-Neto and Maura Corcini Lopes. The analyzes made it possible to highlight small actions of power and resistance manifested in the relations between the project and the lacemakers. As well as highlighting the characteristics that allowed the establishment of a guardianship relationship, from which the project sought to direct the behavior of the lacemakers. It was possible to show that these actions had the objective to capture the subjectivities of the lacemakers in benefit of the neoliberal governmentality in domination actions. This happened through subjectivation processes, in which it tried to transmit characteristics, values and truths through which governmentality could operate on the lacemakers. Among these truths, I emphasize, mainly, the reinforcement of the perception of themselves as companies. That is, the creation of microenterprises-subjects.
