Previous issue date: 2017 / O presente trabalho tem como objetivo geral analisar a importância de se comparar os sistemas de Escrita SignWriting e ELiS, do ponto de vista da evolução histórica e concisa dos sistemas de escritas de sinais, das características desses dois sistemas de escrita empregados no Brasil, do funcionamento eficiente da gramática da Libras, mediante um estudo descritivo desses sistemas de escrita de sinais existentes. Para isso foram analisados os livros 'Escrita de Sinais sem mistérios' (2015) dos autores Madson Barreto e Raquel Barreto, e o livro 'ELiS: Sistema brasileiro de escrita das línguas de sinais' (2015) da autora Mariângela Estelita Barros. Buscou-se autorizar o uso em minha pesquisa desses materiais publicados para analisar apenas livros escritos por esses dois sistemas de escritas de sinais. Como objetivos específicos, pretende-se: a) analisar as características das estruturas de Libras em equivalência com os sistemas SignWriting e ELiS; b) apresentar a quantidade de glifos registrados nos sistemas das escritas de sinais e c) identificar a eficácia das análises e discussões com as diferenças e semelhanças na Escrita dos Sinais em cada sistema (SignWriting e ELiS). A proposta metodológica adotada baseou-se em Barreto e Barreto (2015) e Barros (2015) que classificam os estudos teóricos dos livros que foram produzidos de acordo com a estrutura de cada sistema das Escritas de Sinais. Os procedimentos adotados para este trabalho consistiram em três etapas: pesquisa bibliográfica, obtenção de dados e análise comparativa. A primeira etapa consistiu em: pesquisa bibliográfica para ser usada, incluindo livros publicados. Na segunda etapa, foi feita a coleta de dados. Esta fase inclui livros para leitura e escrita desses sistemas em uma interpretação evolutiva por parte da pesquisadora. A pesquisadora buscou entender se as informações da gramática de Libras são equivalentes nas Linguagens de Escrita de Sinais SignWriting e ELiS. Na terceira etapa, foi feita a análise comparativa para aplicar as normas aos casos dos sistemas de Escrita de Língua de Sinais. Estes casos confirmaram a hipótese da pesquisadora. Para tanto, os dados da análise foram obtidos por meio de um estudo bibliográfico com dois autores de SignWriting e uma autora de ELiS. Em resposta ao questionamento, foi possível apresentar as características de sistemas das Escritas de Sinais SignWriting e ELiS no desenvolvimento da sua análise comparativa. Na análise e discussão dos resultados são apresentados os dados da pesquisa, mostrando as características de SignWriting e ELiS encontradas equivalentemente à Libras nos sistemas registrados em uma análise descritiva entre o sistema SignWriting e o sistema ELiS.<br> / Abstract : The general purpose of this study is to analyze the importance of comparing the systems of Writing Sign Languages, SignWriting, and EliS, regarding their history and concise evolution, the characteristics of these writing systems used in Brazil, and if these systems use efficiently the Libras grammar. This evaluation was made through the analytical and descriptive study of these writing Sign Languages. In this study, the published books Escrita de Sinais sem mistérios from Madson Barreto and Raquel Barreto (2015), and ELiS: Sistema brasileiro de escrita das línguas de Sinais from Mariângela Estelita Barros (2015) were analyzed. We sought the authorization to use this published material in this study once they were written through these writing sign language. The specific goals of this research were: a) to analyze the Libras' structure characteristics regarding the equivalence between SignWriting and ELiS systems; b) to present the number of glyphs registered in these writing sign systems, and c) to show the analysis and discussions effectiveness related to the convergences and divergences in Writing Signs on each system (SignWriting and ELiS). The methodology adopted was based on Barreto e Barreto (2015) which classifies the theoretical studies of books produced according to the structure of each Writing Signs system. The procedures adopted for this study consisted of three stages: bibliographical research, data collection, and comparative analysis. The first stage consisted of bibliographical research, including published books. In the second stage, the data collection was made. This phase included books for reading and writing from these systems for an evolving interpretation by the researcher. The researcher aimed to understand if the information on the Libras' grammar were equal to SignWriting and ELiS Writing Sign. In the third stage, the comparative analysis was made to apply the rules to the cases of Writing Sign Languages' systems. These cases have confirmed the researcher s hypothesis. The data analysis was obtained through a bibliographic study with two authors of SignWriting, and an author of ELiS. In response to the questioning, it was possible to present the characteristics of Writing Sign systems (SignWriting and ELiS) in the development of its comparative analysis. In the analysis and discussion of the results, research data were presented and they have shown that SignWriting and ELiS have presented characteristics equal to Libras in the registered systems in a descriptive analysis between SignWriting and the ELiS systems.
