Assim sendo, a implantação de uma política de efetividade e eficiência em sua relação com o resultado das ações de qualidade e produtividade, advém de um conjunto de políticas temáticas, constituindo-se então numa cultura de conhecimento da informação alicerçada entre a compreensão do desejável e a explicação do possível, visando à interpretação pela avaliação dos fatos ocorridos em determinados períodos por intermédio de seus resultados, limitando-se talvez por revelar por inteiro as possibilidades de consecução de planos e avanços da eficácia para a eficiência e à efetividade. Isto posto, faz da pesquisa de opinião junto às Universidades Privadas da Região Metropolitana de Curitiba, uma análise do estudo complexo, permitindo associar dois valores a esta tese. O primeiro oferecendo à coordenação ética, o que é claramente existente entre os valores de interpretação na gestão de pessoas. O segundo, oferecendo um discurso estruturado sobre as bases da avaliação, o que é claramente demonstrável nas universidades privadas desta região, bastando haver clara vontade política.

Thereby, the implantation of a policy of efectivity and efficiency in its relation with the result of the actions of quality and productivity comes from a group of policies subjects estabilishing in a culture of information knownledge based between the compreension of the desirable and the explanation of possible, aiming at the interpretation by the avaliation of the facts ocurred in certain periods by means of its results, confining itself maybe for revealing entirely the possibilities of getting plans and advance of efficacy for efficacy and effetivity. Post that, makes of the opinion research alongside the Private Universities of Metropolitan Region of Curitiba, an examination of the complex study, allowing associate two values to this thesis, the first providing the coordination of the impar ethic that is clearly existence between the values of interpretation in the administration of people and the other, providing a structured speech about the bases of avaliation, that is clearly demonstrable in the Private Universities in this region, having enough clear will policy.
