O objetivo é compreender como ocorre a emergência subjetiva do indivíduo com paralisia cerebral no ambiente clínico-terapêutico partindo da hipótese de que o modo de produção dessas subjetividades esteja diretamente relacionado ao funcionamento do poder-saber no espaço clínico e especialmente identificado pelas relações de resistência. A base teórica para esta investigação são os pressupostos de Michel Foucault sobre o processo de constituição da subjetividade do homem ocidental moderno. O corpus trabalhado é composto por nove seqüências discursivas filmadas em vídeo, recortadas, transcritas e analisadas. Durante as transcrições e análises observam-se não apenas as pistas discursivas de expressão oral mas também as expressões faciais, gestos, modificações tônicas, silêncios e entonações e procura-se manter o foco nas redes de podersaber envolvidas na relação terapeuta/paciente. De acordo com a pesquisa teórica e o trabalho analítico junto ao corpus selecionado, sempre tendo em mente os conceitos e a perspectiva foucaultiana, obtém-se por resultado final que não é a resistência o principal fator promotor da emergência subjetiva do indivíduo em atendimento na relação terpeuta/paciente com paralisia cerebral. Não obstante, a resistência constituir um importante meio de emergência subjetiva na medida em que ela, por sua força irupcional, faz um furo na linearidade da configuração discursiva. O que ficou evidente neste trabalho é que aquilo que promove a emergência subjetiva do paciente, tendo ele paralisia cerebral ou não, sendo ele criança ou não, é a
maneira que a relação discursiva se constrói no espaço terapêutico e o modo como o podersaber é disposto naquele espaço relacional.
The present work proposes to analyze the discursive relation between five children with cerebral palsy and their therapists. The objective is to comprehend how the emergency of the subject occurs to those individuals in the therapeutic clinic space, focusing the way in which these subjectivities are related to the operation of the power-knowledge and with resistance relations. These analyses have, as theoretical basis, the postulations of Michel Foucault about the process of constitution of subjectivity for the modern western man. The studied corpus is composed of nine discursive sequences, filmed in video, transcripted and analyzed, always having as focus the power-knowledge nets involved in the iscursive frame of the therapist/patient relation and on the movement of the individual in treatment towards self constitution. According to the theoretical research and the analysis of the corpus carried out on the basis of Michel Foucault´s precepts, the result is that is not resistance the main factor which promotes the emergence of the subject in treatment out of the therapist/cerebral palsy patient relation. However, resistance constitutes an important means for subjective emergence in that it breaks through, with its irruptive force, the linearity of discursive configuration. What was made evident in this research is that that which promotes subjective emergence in the patient, with or without cerebral palsy, children or adult, is the way in which discursive relation is performed in the therapeutic space and the way in which powerknowledge is displayed in that relational space.
