269710.pdf: 1134622 bytes, checksum: d50293ec4a3817531c6d02ee4992e1b5 (MD5) / Por meio deste estudo foi analisado o comportamento clínico das próteses fixas implantossuportadas sem infra-estrutura metálica submetidas à carga imediata, como tratamento definitivo, em dez pacientes que receberam cinco implantes na mandíbula entre os foramens mentual, somando um total de 50 implantes, cada paciente recebendo uma prótese fixa de 12 elementos sem infra estrutura metálica e uma prótese total superior. Este estudo avaliou ao mesmo tempo a estabilidade inicial e secundaria dos implantes por um período de 24 meses, por meio do Osstell, aparelho que afere a estabiliade do implante por meio de freqüência de ressonância. Os resultados da análise descritiva apresentaram em média uma estabilidade inicial de 71.76 ISQ (Quociente de estabilidade do implante), a estabilidade secundária em média após 6 meses foi de 69,35 ISQ, 12 meses foi de 70.14 ISQ e 24 meses foi de 70.10 ISQ (Quociente de estabilidade do implante), indicando que os implantes estavam estáveis após 24 meses em função. Os resultados são favoráveis aos itens avaliados, não houve fraturas das próteses, não houve afrouxamento ou fraturas dos parafusos de retenção, não houve perda de implantes de nenhum dos cinqüenta implantes instalados, demonstrando ser viável o uso dessa técnica. / This study analyzed the clinical behavior of the implants, submitted to a immediate loading with fixed prosthesis implantsupported without a metallic infrastructure by means of Osstell, for a period of twenty-four months, in ten patients, who received five implants in the mandible between the mentonian foramens, with a total of 50 implants, each patient received a fixed prosthesis of 12 elements without a metallic structure and a superior total prosthetics. During this period it was also evaluated the clinical behavior of the prosthesis, as to the resistance to fracture of the acrylic resin, the unscrewing and fracture of the retention screws of the prosthesis in the masticating function. The results of the descriptive analysis presented an initial stability of 71.76 ISQ (Implant Stability Quotient). The secondary stability, after 6 months, was of 69,30 ISQ; 12 months, was of 68.04 ISQ; after 24 months, was of 69.48 ISQ, indicating that the implants were stable after 24 months of function. There were no losses of implants during this period. The results were favorable to the evaluated items, the initial and secondary stability remained in normal values, and there were no fractures of the prosthesis, no loosening or fractures of the retention screws, there were no losses of the fifty implants installed, during the period of study of 24 months, showing a viable use of this technique.
