A pesquisa se propôs a compreender como esses jovens consomem as imagens veiculadas na TV, especificamente cenas que mostram relações amorosas. Procurou-se, também, perceber o distanciamento/aproximação dos adolescentes com os temas/problemas levantados pelas cenas selecionadas e analisar o consumo, apropriações e re-significações, por parte dos educandos, procurando identificar a produção de sentido. A metodologia envolve a abordagem qualitativa. Como instrumentos de coleta de dados, formulou-se um questionário, desenvolveu-se a produção, por parte dos jovens pesquisados, de cenas escritas de uma telenovela hipotética e trabalhou-se a entrevista de um grupo focal em cada escola. Os sujeitos da pesquisa foram estudantes da oitava série do ensino fundamental em ambas as escolas. Os resultados mostram que a recepção, por parte desses jovens, é extremamente ativa. Foi possível mostrar algumas peculiaridades da relação amorosa dos jovens que se dispuseram a participar desta pesquisa, como ficar/namorar, a emergência do "amigo-namorado" e a transgressão na relação. No que diz respeito ao consumo das cenas de Malhação, os jovens se demonstraram críticos, mantendo um distanciamento entre o mundo ficcional da telenovela e o mundo real por onde se movem. Ao consumir as cenas de Malhação, os sujeitos da pesquisa mostraram que produzem novos significados, posto que a tensão negociadora de aceitar e rejeitar, em todo ou em parte, as cenas românticas, implica em formular, reformar, resgatar e acrescentar novos discursos e, consequentemente, novas práticas individuais e coletivas. Percebeu-se indícios de que os adolescentes pesquisados fazem uma mediação entre as relações amorosas das cenas mostradas em Malhação e as relações amorosas de suas vidas reais.
This dissertation contributes to the Education, a special study of the media-education, to study the receipt of scenes of telenovela Malhação by young students of networks of public and private education in the city of Florianopolis, Santa Catarina (BRAZIL). The research is proposed to understand how these young people consume the images broadcast on TV, especially scenes that show love relationships. It was also understand the distancing / approximation of adolescents with the issues / problems raised by selected scenes and analyzing consumption, appropriations and re-meanings, by the students, trying to identify the production of meaning. The methodology involves a qualitative approach. As tools for data collection, made up a questionnaire, developed to production on the part of young people surveyed, scenes written in a telenovela hypothetical and worked to interview a focus group in each school. The research subjects were students of the eighth grade of elementary school in both schools. The results show that the reception on the part of these young people is extremely active. It was possible to show some peculiarities of the loving relationship of the young people who are prepared to participate in this research, as left / romance, the emergence of the "friend-boyfriend" and transgression in the relationship. Regarding the consumption of scenes of Malhação, young people are shown critics, maintaining a distance between the world of fictional soap in the real world where they move. By consuming the scenes of Malhação, the subjects of the research showed that produce new meanings, since the voltage negotiator to accept and reject, in whole or in part, the romantic scenes, involves formulating, reform, redeem and adding new words, consequently, new practices individual and collective. It was noticed signs that the teens surveyed do a mediation between the relations of love scenes shown in Malhação love and relationships from their real lives.
