O ponto forte desta investigação está em ver/ler nas entrelinhas do texto visual, como se dá a representação do sujeito feminino em condição de exclusão social e como ocorrem as estratégias de (micro)poder relacionadas a esses sujeitos. Tendo o gênero como categoria de análise, teorias feministas estão no
embasamento teórico da pesquisa. A partir das concepções sobre o sujeito feminino, isto é, o sujeito do feminismo e a conceituação de Tecnologia de Gênero de Teresa de Lauretis, analisam-se a representação de mulheres, assim como de lugares, de estratégias e formas de poder nas suas relações, na ideologia do gênero, nesses filmes brasileiros. Concentra-se a análise nas ações e nos discursos das protagonistas, mas também, no discurso sobre elas e as suas relações intersubjetivas. Para se delimitar o tema, a fim de estudálo de maneira mais profunda, optou-se por identificar a exclusão social, através do conceito de interseccionalidade de Kimberlé Crenshaw # também conhecida como #discriminação composta# e verificar como acontecem as discriminações cruzadas de gênero, de raça, profissional e cultural na diegese fílmica e no discurso de algumas personagens. A análise sobre exclusão social que, neste texto, está diretamente ligada às questões de discriminação e de poder, parte de conceitos de subalternidade, de Gayatari Spivak, e diáspora, de Stuart Hall, para terminar as considerações sobre as formas que as protagonistas enfrentam a subalternidade. Finalmente, o estudo apresenta entrevistas, feitas aos diretores dos filmes e às atrizes, cujos papéis eram centrais nas narrativas. As entrevistas ilustram ao mesmo tempo em que complementam as
análises fílmicas. / The objects of this research are the films Daughters of the Wind (2005) by Joel Zito Araújo and Suely in The Sky (2006) by Karim Aïnouz. The aim of this research is to analyze, through the visual texts, how socially excluded females are represented and how the strategies of (micro) power unfold between them and society. The analysis is based on feminist theories. Among them, the concept of the subject of feminism and the technology of gender by Teresa de Lauretis guides the analysis proposed on the female subject. This research analyzes the representation of women, as well as their position. It also analyzes the strategies and the forms of power within their relationships in the ideology of gender, proposed by these Brazilian films. In order to limit the theme and to study it intensively, this work intends to identify forms of social exclusion, considering the concept of intersectionality by Kimberlé Crenshaw. The research verifies how intersectionalities of gender, race, work and culture are crossed into the narrative film and among the discourses of some characters. The analysis about social exclusion, which is directly linked to questions about intersectionalities and power in this text, starts from the conception of subalternity by Gayatari Spivak and the conceptions about exile by Stuart Hall to think subalternities in the narrative films and ways that protagonists face it. Finally, this study presents interviews with directors and key actresses. The interviews illustrate and add to the analysis of the films.
