Diversos casos de violência sexual infantil levaram a pesquisadora a buscar explicações baseadas em fatores inconscientes para o fenômeno da repetição de situações de abuso sexual infantil dentro de uma mesma família ao longo das gerações. Chegou-se ao conceito de transmissão psíquica, o qual aparece como principal operador na abordagem do problema. Foram buscados na obra freudiana os fundamentos teóricos do que autores pós-freudianos e autores contemporâneos desenvolvem hoje sobre a temática das transmissões psíquico-geracionais. Utilizou-se o método de construção de caso clínico, sendo este baseado na análise de uma mulher que, assim como sua filha e outras mulheres de sua família, passaram por abuso sexual na adolescência. A situação/queixa inicial dessa paciente é o abuso sexual de sua filha por parte do seu marido (padrasto da adolescente). O trabalho com a paciente conduz às teorizações da antropóloga Françoise Héritier acerca do que a mesma denomina de incesto de segundo tipo, o qual diz respeito à relação sexual de dois consangüíneos com um mesmo parceiro. Nessas situações, o homem serve como elo nas trocas de fluidos corporais entre as duas mulheres. A hipótese trabalhada é, portanto, a de que as relações sexuais da filha da paciente com o padrasto tinham como função a manutenção da relação incestuosa vivenciada nos primeiros momentos de vida entre mãe e filha. Entende-se que tal condição estende-se a outras mulheres dessa família, que como o sujeito do caso e sua filha, também experenciaram situação de abuso sexual. As formulações freudianas acerca do contágio mental, bem como do poder da sugestionabilidade nos grupos, encontram-se na base da interpretação de que o fenômeno do abuso sexual nesta família tem como função a manutenção de uma organização incestuosa desse grupo. Por se tratar da construção de um caso clínico apenas, não se apresenta como intuito dessa pesquisa a generalização das interpretações realizadas, mas a indicação de que a questão da violência sexual, em grande parte dos casos, para ser compreendida e trabalhada, deve deslocar-se do ato sexual em si para as dinâmicas inconscientes que lhe são subjacentes. / This research is a thread questioning the nature and function of the bond that connects different generations of women from the same family, which seems to lead them inevitably to a condition of sexually abused. Several cases of child sexual violence prompted the researcher to seek explanations based on unconscious factors for the phenomenon of repetition of situations of child sexual abuse within a family over generations. We came to the concept of psychic transmission, which appears as the main operator in addressing the problem. Were sought in Freud the theoretical foundations of that post-Freudian authors and contemporary writers develop today on the topic of psycho-generational transmission. We used the method of construction of clinical case, which is based on analysis of a woman who, like her daughter and other women of her family have gone through sexual abuse in adolescence. The situation/initial complaint of this patient is the sexual abuse of her daughter by her husband (the stepfather of the teenager). Working with the patient leads to the theories of anthropologist Françoise Héritier about what it calls the incest of the second type, which concerns the sexual relationship of two blood relatives with the same party. In these situations, the man serves as a link in the exchange of bodily fluids between the two women. The hypothesis is crafted, so that the sex of the patient.s daughter with her stepfather had as its objective the maintenance of the incestuous relationship experienced in the first moments of life between mother and daughter. It is understood that this condition extends to other women in this family, which as the subject of the case and her daughter, had also experienced sexual abuse situations. The Freudian formulations about mental contagion, and the power of suggestibility in groups, are the basis of interpretation of the phenomenon of sexual abuse in this family has as its objective the maintenance of an incestuous organization of this group. Because it is the construction of a clinical case only, it is not the intention of this research to generalize the interpretations made, but the indication that the issue of sexual violence, in most cases to be understood and acted upon, must move the sexual act itself to the unconscious dynamics underlying it.
