Este trabalho objetivou repensar a prática da Terapia Ocupacional com esta criança à luz de considerações teóricas e conceitos da psicanálise. Duas questões direcionaram o percurso da reflexão e da escrita: em que momento fazer valer a voz da especialidade Terapia Ocupacional na clínica interdisciplinar, institucional e pública à criança autista? A Terapia Ocupacional, atravessada por conceitos e noções da psicanálise como sujeito, pulsão, transferência e estatuto do Outro propõe intervenções possíveis a criança autista sem que seja entendida como uma aplicação da psicanálise? Acredita-se que a escolha do referencial teórico da psicanálise para sustentar a prática e a escrita deste trabalho resultou em novo lugar que sustenta a suposição de sujeito à clínica da Terapia Ocupacional com a criança autista. Este caminho de reflexão foi conduzido por revisões bibliográficas de teorias da prática de Terapia Ocupacional e por leituras de autores da psicanálise como Freud, Lacan, Dolto, Winnicott e colaboradores contemporâneos que abordam especificamente a clínica com crianças autistas. O objetivo não foi aprofundar nas teorias e conceitos propostos por estes autores, mas sim, compor um caminho possível de escrita pelas supostas superfícies de contato entre os dois campos, baseado em minha prática clínica cotidiana como terapeuta ocupacional da equipe do Centro de Atenção Psicossocial da infância e da Adolescência de Brasília. _______________________________________________________________________________________ ABSTRACT / What does the Occupational Therapy clinic have to say (or write) about an autistic child? The objective of this work is to promote the practice of occupational therapy with this child based on theoretical considerations and psychoanalysis concepts. The two main questions that directed this research are: At which point should the voice of the occupational therapy specialty start to be factored into the interdisciplinary and institutional clinic of the autistic children ? Occupational Therapy, crossed by concepts and psychoanalysis notions, like subject, pulsion, transfers and statute of Other makes a proposition of possible interventions to the autistic child without being understood how the “application” of psychoanalysis? It was believed that the choice of theorical reference of psychocanalysis to support the practice and the writings of this work resulted in a new place that supports a supposition of the subject suposto saber , important notion for the clinic with the autistic child. This way of reflection was conducted by bibliographic revisions of theories of the practice or occupational theerapy and by readings of psychoanalysis authors such as Freud, Lacan, Dolto, Winnicott and other contemporary collaborators that specifically deal with clinics autistic children. The main objective was no to get deeper in theories and concepts proposed by these authors, but instead, to build a way of writing by the supposedly “surfaces of contact” between the two fields, based in my daily clinical practice as an occupational therapist on the team from the Center of Psychosocial Attention of children and adolescents of Brasília.
