Previous issue date: 2008-12 / Esta pesquisa social relaciona a crise do mundo do trabalho à crise social que é, fundamentalmente, uma crise dos vínculos sociais. A ausência e a falta de reconhecimento do trabalho ocasionam a vulnerabilidade social, comprometendo a permanência dos elos sociais, porque o trabalho continua sendo a centralidade das relações sociais, assegurando a forma de sociabilidade humana, a identidade pessoal e a coletiva, o reconhecimento pelo outro e a possibilidade de integração social. A luta pelo “direito ao trabalho” e “direito do trabalho” significa a luta por cidadania, manifestada no trabalho associado, ancorada por um projeto político socialista autogestionário. Essa estratégia de gestão do social, empreendida pelos trabalhadores(as) em processo de desfiliação e precarização do trabalho, sintetiza o significado da Economia Solidária (ES), com o aporte de um projeto emancipatório de sociedade, que impulsiona mudanças nas relações sociais, com destaque nas formas de racionalidade estabelecidas pelo princípio antiutilitarista. O sentido da ação social desses sujeitos históricos foi compreendido pela aproximação entre o paradigma da dádiva e os princípios da Economia Solidária (ES), que resgata a leitura do social proposto por esta teoria. A perspectiva da manutenção do vínculo social permite estabelecer a confiança e constituir alianças, que são atributos importantes para se permitir trabalhar juntos e constituir a democracia. Esse pensamento contribui para desvelar as estratégias de fazer imergir a cidadania, religando as instâncias do social por meio da formação de vínculos sociais, que combinam ao mesmo tempo obrigação e liberdade, interesse e altruísmo. A pesquisa empírica ocorreu no Fórum Distrital de ES no DF e Entorno, pela análise das relações sociais realizadas entre os seus participantes, no período de 2003 a 2008, durante o processo de construção e fortalecimento da ES. As experiências da Economia Solidária têm valorizado a manutenção dos vínculos sociais e reconhecido a sua relevância para a gestão das políticas públicas de integração social e de condução da política de desenvolvimento sustentável e solidário do país. Como fenômeno social busca afirmar a solidariedade democrática, como o cerne das relações sociais emancipatórias. Traduz a nova relação entre a economia e a sociedade, cuja reflexão sociológica pode permitir a compreensão das potencialidades, perspectivas e desafios da ES no Brasil, na construção de um outro mundo possível. ________________________________________________________________________________________ ABSTRACT / This research relates the social crisis in the world of work to social crisis that is, essentially, a crisis of social ties. The absence and the lack of recognition of the work cause the vulnerability social, undermining the permanence of social ties, because the work remains the centrality of social relations, ensuring the form of sociability human, the personal and collective identity, the recognition by the other and the possibility of integration social. The struggle for the "right to work" and "right-work "means the struggle for civil rights, expressed in associated work, anchored by a self manage political project socialist. This strategy of managing the social, undertaken by workers in the process of not membership and the precariousness of work, summarizing the meaning of the Solidarity Economy (ES), with the input of a emancipatory project of society, which drives changes in social relations, with emphasis on ways of rationality established by non-utilitarian principle. The empirical research took place at the Forum District of ES in the Federal District and surroundings, by reviewing social relations held between its participants, the period 2003 to 2008, during construction and strengthening of the ES. The experiences of Solidary Economy have valued the maintenance of social ties and recognized its relevance to management of public policies for social integration and conduct the policy of sustainable development and solidarity of the country. Reflects the new relationship between the economy and society, which may reflect sociological make it possible to understand the potential, outlook and challenges of ES in Brazil, construction of another possible world.
