Previous issue date: 2013 / Resumo: Este trabalho teve como objetivo investigar o desenvolvimento do jogo nas aulas de Educação Física, em turmas de 5º ano do ensino fundamental, no Município de Valinhos - SP, visando analisar a sua contribuição para o desenvolvimento da moralidade nos alunos. Hoje em dia, nas aulas de Educação Física, muitos temas, conteúdos e/ou saberes devem ser investigados, vivenciados, sistematizados, estudados; enfim, ressignificados. E o jogo é um deles. Aparece, na maioria das vezes, em todos os anos da escolaridade, independente do contexto escolar em que o trabalho é desenvolvido. A pesquisa deu-se por meio de método qualitativo, com observações de aulas de Educação Física de 5ºs anos de quatro escolas públicas e de entrevistas semiestruturadas com os professores responsáveis pelas aulas. Partindo de um estudo piloto, foram feitos pequenos ajustes no cerne de observação das aulas e também no roteiro da entrevista. Por meio das observações foi possível constatar que o jogo é um conteúdo bastante trabalhado nas aulas de Educação Física do ensino fundamental. Durante a pesquisa presenciamos esse conteúdo em três das quatro escolas observadas. Percebemos que diferentes enfoques foram dados pelos professores no trabalho com o jogo. Os professores lidam com as regras utilizando-se de forma mais ou menos diretiva na sua exposição, com pouca ou nenhuma abertura para a participação dos alunos. Além disso, durante a vivência dos jogos, a intervenção dos professores nas situações ocorridas com os alunos foi pequena, e quando feita, eles não conseguiam aproveitá-la como uma oportunidade para estimular o desenvolvimento moral dos mesmos. A partir dos dados obtidos, pôde-se considerar que, embora o jogo seja tratado nas aulas, as oportunidades que este oferece ao desenvolvimento moral dos alunos foram pouco aproveitadas. Cada vez mais a educação dita formal deve englobar todos os âmbitos na formação do educando. E, por mais que haja a especificidade das disciplinas, o trabalho com o desenvolvimento moral é tarefa de todos / Abstract: This study aimed to investigate the development of the game in Physical Education lessons in classes of 5th grade elementary school in the city of Valinhos - SP to analyze their contribution to the development of morality in students. Nowadays in physical education classes, many themes, content, and / or knowledge should be investigated, experienced, systematic, studied, finally; reframed. And the game is one of them. It appears most often in all the years of education, whether school context in which work is developed. The research was performed by means of qualitative method, through observations of physical education classes of fifth -year public schools and four semi-structured interviews with teachers responsible for classes. Starting from a pilot study were made small adjustments in the focus of observation of classes and also in the interview script. Through observations it was established that the game is a very content working in physical education classes at school. While we were searching, we witnessed such content in three of the four schools observed. We realize that different approaches were given by teachers in working with the game. Teachers deal with rules using more or less directive in your exposure, with little or no opening for students participation. And during the life of the game there was little participation of the teachers involved in intervening in situations that occurred with students, however, these small interventions teachers failed to seize opportunities to get moral development of these students. From the data obtained we could be considered that, although the game is handled in the classroom, the opportunities it offers to the moral development of the students were little advantage. Increasingly it formal education should encompass all areas in the training of their students.
