Skönt på ett annorlunda sätt : Behov av sex med en andlig aspekt

Wahlsten, Carina January 2012 (has links)

The Evolution of the E-Commerce System of China Steel Corp.: A Technological Frame Analysis

Lu, Shut-Ming 19 July 2002 (has links)
Abstract This study is to discuss CSC electronic commerce development and application model under a structure of technological frame theory. The result shows consistency in the interpretations given by the three groups of stakeholders (managers plus salesmen, information technology staff, and clients) on CSC electronic commerce system's nature of technology, technology strategy and technology-in-use (timeliness, accuracy, accessibility and ease-of-use). Though there is a little inconsistency in their interpretations on categories like priorities and resources, training, contents and policies for security and quality, it doesn't cause a conflict. The most influential frame ¡V dominant frame ¡V generated from the top management's dominant leadership and the clients' high confidence and centripetal force in CSC are main reasons for the three groups of stakeholders to have a strong recognition. Another important discovery of this study is that trust and interpersonal relationship have crucial influence on CSC electronic commerce system implementation. In the future, researchers may try to adopt the perspectives of trust and interpersonal relationship to discuss their influences on information technology implementation.

Psychological Symptoms, Marital Quality, and Environmental Stress in Newly-Married Couples

Sharp, Constance B. 01 January 2006 (has links)
Cross-sectional relationships between psychological symptoms, marital quality, and stress experienced over the past week were explored using data from 310 newly married couples. Couples were recruited through newspaper ads and paid to participate. Couples were eligible if they had been married for less than six months and were not receiving therapy when they contacted the researcher. The Global Severity Index (GSI) of the Brief Symptom Inventory measured psychological symptoms. The Dyadic Adjustment Scale (DAS) measured marital quality, and scaled ratings of 11 types of stressors experienced over the previous week measured stress. Husband and wife measures were taken of each variable and the dyad was the unit of analysis.Correlations between the six variables ranged from 0.13 to 0.60, with 12 of the 15 relationships meeting the Bonferroni-corrected significance level of 0.003. In regression analyses with both DAS and stress entered as predictors of GSI, only stress remained significant for both husbands and wives. For wives, the negative relationship between symptoms and marital quality was more evident at lower levels of stress. In regression analyses with both GSI and stress entered as predictors of DAS, only GSI remained significant for husbands, and only stress remained significant for wives. For husbands, the negative relationship between GSI and DAS was more pronounced at lower levels of stress. At high levels of stress, husband DAS was uniformly low regardless of GSI. The interaction of partner and actor effects of GSI on DAS was significant for both husbands and wives, but the interaction of partner and actor effects of DAS on GSI was not.

The relationship between special educators in the DEECD Victorian Metropolitan Regions and Vietnamese parents of children with a disability

Le, Huong Thu, s3059921@student.rmit.edu.au January 2009 (has links)
The current thesis investigated the relationship between Vietnamese parents of children with a disability and special educators who worked with these parents in both mainstream and special schools in Melbourne Metropolitan Regions of the state of Victoria, Australia. The key objective of the study was to research the role of the parent-educator (interpersonal) relationship and its interrelatedness with the task: two major components of a home-school partnership. The research question that guided this study was 'How does the parent-educator relationship influence the operation of a family-centered home-school partnership?' With partnerships involving parents of diverse cultural backgrounds, investigating cultural influences on the partnership were an integral part of the research process. A qualitative interpretive approach was employed in searching for perceptions of involved parties about their home-school partnerships. The design selected was multiple embedded case studies with purposeful sampling. Influences on home-school partnership were investigated from a multidimensional perspective and were described and interpreted from the views of both parents and educators. The findings indicated that the relationship played a much more significant role than the task in the successfulness of an intercultural home-school partnership. Without a mutual understanding of home-school communication, the collaboration was far from productive or even did not work out. There was also evidence that a harmonious parent-educator interpersonal relationship did not seem to have any influence on the effectiveness of a home-school partnership without parent-educator mutual understanding and agreement in terms of goals and roles expectations. The need for the educators to be more appropriately equipped with cultural training and family-centered principles also arose from the study findings.

The researcher used qualitative ways as the main research approach for the study, generating information. through literature analysis, sociometric method and interviews. The findings and results of the study as follows: 1. The ecosystem provides a full and complete view of the issue, the relationships among microsystem, mesosystem, exosystem and macrosystem are deeply connected to and thus affecting one another. 2. From the microsystem¡¦s point of view, mothers¡¦ and teachers¡¦ attitude has had a great impact on the interpersonal relationships of their offspring. 3. Looking at things from the mesosystem¡¦s perspective, parents and teachers rarely communicate with each other. And due to limitation in language expression, the new female immigrants from the southeastern Asia could not rely on the homework diary as the major source of teacher¡¦s ideas information from, which is the most important communication tool between teachers and parents. Therefore, difficulties in language made it harder for the parents to participate in children¡¦s school lives, and affecting the quality of parent and children interaction. 4. As for exosystem considered, the findings concerning the aspects of ¡§school administration¡¨, ¡§curriculum and instruction¡¨, and ¡§policy¡¨, show that educators and policy makers had been lacking of multicultural thinking, and thus leading to a situation where community resources aren¡¦t efficiently used. 5. Macrosystem implies the existence of ethnocentrism thinking. According to the above findings, some suggestions were proposed by the researcher for future measures in education and counseling. Key Words: ecosystem theory, Children of the New Female Immigrants, interpersonal relationship ,case study

In our government, the resource allocation is based on the up-down resource total quota allocation system, which has provided all authorities basic budget and expenditure for regular law and added the autonomy for authorities to decide budget by themselves. But in the annual budget planning process, cases asking for additional budget via planning and budget audit committee are very abundant. Therefore, adopting budget strategy is an important issue when government authorities planning budget. This study verifies the effects of budget participation, budget perception and interpersonal relationship over budget strategy. Adopting questionnaire survey and statistic analyses, the empirical result of this study shows that the higher participation in the process of budget making, the higher the probability of execution budget strategy is. Moreover, this study finds that the budget perception generated by participating in the process of budget making is high for Kaohsiung city government¡¦s first-level agency directors, and it can also improve the strategy for execution budget competing, while for the central government, it is not affected. Therefore, reducing the budget audit committee frequency should be helpful for reducing the authorities asking for extra needs. This study also finds that bureau directors distinguish employees as insider or outsider by the value of relationship and authoritarianism, and treat them differently in budget allocation. Meanwhile, administration units take responsibility for administration staff, business units take responsibility for plan execution, the budget amount perceptions for directors of general affair, accounting, and administration unit directors are affected by interpersonal relationship, while directors of the business units are not affected.
