Previous issue date: 2004 / Resumo: Esta pesquisa consiste em um estudo psicanalítico a respeito de uma paciente paranóica atendida no Ambulatório de Psicoterapia Psicanalítica. Considera-se que sua paranóia não pode ser separada de sua produção literária e gráfic~ pois elas estão entranhadas umas nas outras. Depara-se, então, no decorrer do trabalho, com a seguinte questão: por que a escrita, tão essencial à paciente, não fora suficiente para conter o desdobramento de seus conteúdos psicóticos? O lugar proeminente da escrita na vida dessa paciente exige algumas reflexões a respeito da conceitualização da escrita na metapsicologia fteudiana - o traço, o rastro, a escrita constitutiva da memória do inconsciente. Assim, o método desta pesquisa é dado pelas relações entre a memória e a escrita psíquica, pois elas trazem à cena as questões da fala e da imagem, de forma que a linguagem escrita e falada na psicanálise não escapa do. valor essencial do sonho como paradigma para o tratamento: este é o modelo da memória infantil.
Ao se nomear esta pesquisa como "Do delirante ao ficcional: um estudo sobre a situação psicanalítica em um caso de paranóia", considera-se o tratamento de Lia como uma construção de lugares nos quais a escrit~ em constante movimento, desloca-se e, permeada pela sonoridade da voz de um outro na transferência, pode ser concebida no terreno da ficção. Formula-se que com a escrita a paciente busca dar voz ao que era mudo dentro de si. Nos aportes transferenciais, a pulsão da voz efetivada pela leitura de um outro - o leitor - encontra seu lugar nesta pesquisa. Para pensar sobre esta questão, toma-se como modelo o imprescindível leitor da escrita de Freud. Considera-se, então, que a produção escrita da paciente softe uma transformação subjetiva na situação analítica na qual a materialidade da voz do leitor faz-se presente / Abstract: This research consists of a psychoanalytical study regarding a paranoid patient assisted at the Clinic of Psychoanalytical Psychotherapy. Her paranoia is considered to be inseparable ftom her literary and graphic productions because they are intrinsica11yinvolved in one another. Along the work we come across the following question: why was her writing, which is so essential to the patient, not enough to contain the unfolding of her psychotic contents? The prominent place ofthe writing in the patient's life demands some reflections regarding the conceptualization of the writing in the Freudian metapsychology - the Une, the trace, the constituent writing of the unconscious's memory. Thus the method of this research is given by the relationships between the memory and the psychic writing, because
they bring to the scene the issues of speech and image, so that the written and spoken language in the psychoanalysis do not escape :&omthe essential value of the dream as paradigm for the treatment: this is the model of the infantilememory. Naming this research "From the deUriousto theficcional: a study about the psychoanalytic situation in a case of paranoia", Lia's treatment is considered a construction of places
where the writing, in constant movement, shifts and, permeated by the sonority of somebody else's voice in the transfer, can be undestood in the realm of fiction. It is formulated that, with the writing, the patient wants to give voice to what was mute inside her. In the transferencial contributions the pulsion ofthe voice executed by the reading of the "other" - the reader - finds its place in this research. To think about this subject, the indispensable reader of Freud's writing is taken as model. It is considered, then, that the patient's written production suffers a subjective transformation in the analytical situation in
