Previous issue date: 2006 / Esta pesquisa teve como objetivo analisar como vem sendo construído e
desenvolvido o Ensino de Relacionamento Interpessoal na Graduação em
Enfermagem nas Instituições de Ensino Superior da Cidade de São Paulo pela
ótica dos Coordenadores de Curso. O referencial teórico compreendeu uma
incursão histórico-teórico-conceitual sobre Relacionamento Interpessoal,
percorrendo os achados dos grandes filósofos até as teorias psicológicas,
destacando a abordagem centrada-na-pessoa de Carl Rogers e as
contribuições de Peplau, Ida Orlando e Travelbee no campo da Enfermagem.
Esses autores enfatizam que no relacionamento interpessoal é necessário
existir envolvimento entre as pessoas, no qual pelo menos uma das partes
procura mobilizar as potencialidades da outra pessoa na obtenção da sua
segurança íntima, auto-realização e sensações de bem-estar. Os
procedimentos metodológicos envolveram entrevista semi-estruturada com 17
coordenadores de cursos de graduação em Enfermagem da Cidade de São
Paulo. Utilizou-se como critério de definição da população a ser investigada
que o curso já tivesse alunos egressos. A análise dos dados possibilitou
apreender como núcleos temáticos: as concepções sobre relações
interpessoais; a importância de relacionar-se bem na atividade profissional de
Enfermagem; o ensino de relacionamento interpessoal no Curso de
Enfermagem compreendendo: a importância do estudo de relações
interpessoais e suas dificuldades, a características do currículo disciplinar e as
Perspectivas do Ensino de relacionamento Interpessoal na graduação em
Enfermagem. A ênfase nas relações interpessoais surge na tentativa de romper
com o olhar somente técnico-clínico para um olhar compreensivo e terapêutico
do trabalho do Enfermeiro. O cuidado do paciente envolve contato e interação
transformando-se numa ‘relação-de-ajuda’. / This research had the objective of analyzing how the Interpersonal Relationship
Teaching from São Paulo Higher Education Institutions of Nursing had been
built and developed, by the course coordinators point of view. The theoretical
referential realized an historical-theoretical-conceptual incursion about
Interpersonal Relationship, traveling the finds of the big philosophers until the
psychologic theories, benefiting Carl Rogers center-in-person approach and
Peplau, Ida Orlando and Travelbee contributions in nursing area. These authors
emphasize that in an interpersonal relationship is necessary to have
involvement among people, when at least one of them attempts to mobilize the
other’s potentialities in obtaining their close security, self-realization and wellbeing
feelings. The methodological procedures involved semi-structured
interviews with 17 coordinators of the São Paulo Nursing undergraduation
Courses. It used as the definition criterion for the population to be analyzed was
that the course should have already former students. The analyzed data
allowed to learn the following thematic cores: the conceptions about
interpersonal relationship, the importance of good relationships in the
professional area of nursing, the teaching of interpersonal relationship in the
Nursing Course, understanding the importance of the interpersonal relationship
study and its difficulties, the characteristics about the disciplinary curriculum and
the Perspective of the interpersonal relationship teaching in Nursing Course:
The emphasis in Interpersonal Relationship comes up attempting to change the
approach technique-clinical exclusive to another approach more comprehensive
and therapeutic of the nurse work. The patient care involves contact and
