Processo de inserção dos alunos do curso de medicina no cenário de prática: olhar dos gestores e profissionais da saúde / Process integration of students of medicine in the practice setting: the view of ma nagers and health professionals

Previous issue date: 2013 / Esta pesquisa teve como principal proposito analisar a integracao, ensino-servico no ambito do modulo IESC do Curso de Medicina da UNIFAP, sob a otica dos gestores e profissionais da Estrategia Saúde da Familia, das Unidades Basicas de Saúde que recebem alunos. Nos objetivos especificos, pretendeu-se caracterizar as atividades desenvolvidas pelos profissionais de Saúde na IESC, assim como, identificar as fragilidades e potencialidades da articulacao ensino-servico. A pesquisa foi descritiva com abordagem qualitativa e quantitativa, estruturada a partir de informacoes provenientes de questionarios e entrevistas, envolvendo 43 (quarenta e tres) participantes que preencheram a Escala de LiKert e, 24 (vinte e quatro) que participaram das entrevistas, realizadas nas 04 (quatro) UBS, apos aprovacao do Comite de Etica em Pesquisa da UNIFESP. Na analise dos dados da Escala de Likert, os resultados foram sistematizados e analisados em graficos e quadros e, para as entrevistas transcritas, recorreu-se a analise de conteudo do tipo tematica, organizadas em 04 (quatro) nucleos direcionadores: a) Insercao do ensino nos servicos de Saúde; b) Aprendizagem significativa nos cenarios de praticas; c) Dificuldades e potencialidades da integracao ensino e servico; d) Contribuicao da atividade profissional para o processo ensino-aprendizagem. A revisao da literatura foi realizada com pesquisa bibliografica, abrangendo fontes primarias e secundarias que continham informacoes pertinentes as questoes de interesse da pesquisa. Os resultados revelaram que os gestores e profissionais dos servicos de Saúde comprometidos em ensinar e apreender utilizando a metodologia dinamica e ativa, cujos conteudos praticos se voltam para a comunidade, reconhecem a importancia da integracao ensino-servico, onde o panorama de atuacao esta centralizado na Atencao Basica. Todavia, faz-se necessario um entrosamento entre IES e Servicos de Saúde. Ressalta-se quao importante e a insercao do aluno no cenario de pratica de forma precoce, promovendo um entendimento ampliado do conceito Saúde-doenca. Para tanto, sao imprescindiveis medidas esclarecedoras para coordenadores, gestores, docentes, preceptores sobre integracao ensino-servico. / This research has as main purpose to analyze the integration between teaching and service within the module IESC (Integrating Teaching, Service and Community) at UNIFAP Medicine Course, from the health care workers and health care managers. Within the Family Health Strategy approach at the Basic Health Units that accept Medical students. At the specific objectives, we would like to feature the activities developed by health care professionals at IESC, as well as to identify the weaknesses and strengths regarding teaching and the service provided. The research was a descriptive qualitative and quantitative approach, and it was based on information from questionnaires and interviews involving 43 (forty-three) participants who completed the Likert scale, Also 24 (twenty four) who participated on interviews, those interviews were conducted in 04 (four) UBS (Basic Health Care Unit), after beeing approved by the Ethics in Research UNIFESP Committee. On Likert Scale the data analysis, the results were analyzed and systematized in graphs and tables, and interviews, we have analyzed its thematic content, and organized into four (04) directing points: a) tuition Insertion in health care services, b) Meaningful learning on practice environment: c) Difficulties and potentials regarding integrating teaching and health care services; d) The professional activity´s Contribution for the teaching-learning process. The literature review has been performed by literary research, covering primary and secondary sources containing pertinent information to the research, like questions of interest. The results revealed that managers and health care services professionals are committed to teach and learn using an active and dynamic methodology, which practical contents lead to the community to acknowledge the importance of an integrating service-learning where the activity prospects is centered on basic Care. However, it is necessary integration between IES (Academic Institution) and Health care Services. It is noteworthy how important is the students earliest insertion on a practice scenario, fostering a wide understanding regarding the concept of health care. For that, it is essential enlightening measures about teaching-service integration to all involved coordinators, managers, teachers and preceptors. / BV UNIFESP: Teses e dissertações
