Previous issue date: 2015-11-30 / The study is based on the the demands placed by the National System of Higher Education Evaluation of the need for close links between the financial management and academic management as a requirement for qualitative development of undergraduate courses in higher education institutions both public and private. The objective is to analyze the cost of the items of the Pedagogical Projects of the Health Area Courses, Humanities/Juridical and Engineering of FAINOR in order to subsidize a Financial Planning hinged to the Academic Planning Institution. It searches to joint elements between the administrative, academic and financial issues that need in-depth understanding, so that it can ensure the inseparability of the financial and academic management and will ensure the implementation and consolidation of undergraduate programs. The study was conducted at the Faculty Northeast Independent (FAINOR) Private institution of higher education located in southwestern Bahia and aimed to collect subsidies to develop joint strategic planning in the institution. For this descriptive abeam, we analyzed documents, as well as researches, in order to obtain greater knowledge on the subject and to develop a strategic plan, where the administrative, financial and academic areas could work jointly , in the development of improvement plans. Research has shown that the faculty represents more than 35% (on average) of the cost of a course and to introduce new courses, the largest investment are made in laboratories; We noted, for example, that for the Pharmacy course, the implementation cost is more than 80% of the initial investment. The investment needs of the courses are different , however , infrastructure, teaching materials , extension projects , qualifications of faculty and scientific initiative are issues inherent in all courses. / Estuda as exigências colocadas pelo Sistema Nacional de Avaliação do Ensino Superior da necessidade de estabelecer relações estreitas entre a gerência financeira e gerência acadêmica como requisito para evolução qualitativa dos cursos de Graduação em Instituições de Ensino Superior tanto Públicas como Privadas. Objetiva analisar os itens de custos dos Projetos Pedagógicos dos Cursos da área de Saúde, Humanas/Jurídicas e Engenharias da FAINOR, com vistas subsidiar um Planejamento Financeiro articulado ao Planejamento Acadêmico da Instituição. Busca elementos de articulação entre as questões administrativas, acadêmicas e financeiras que precisam de compreensão aprofundada que possam garantir a indissociabilidade da gestão financeira e acadêmica e que venham garantir a implantação e consolidação dos Cursos de Graduação. O estudo foi realizado na Faculdade Independente do Nordeste (FAINOR) instituição de Ensino Superior Privada localizada no sudoeste da Bahia, e visou colher subsídios para desenvolver o Planejamento estratégico conjunto na Instituição. Para isso foi realizada uma pesquisa descritiva através da análise documental com vistas obter maior conhecimento sobre a temática. A pesquisa demonstrou que o corpo docente corresponde a mais de 35% (em média) do custo de um curso e que para implantação de novos cursos os maiores investimentos são nos laboratórios; observamos, por exemplo, que para implantação do curso de Farmácia o custo representa mais de 80% do investimento inicial. As necessidades de investimento entre os cursos são diferentes, entretanto, infraestrutura, material de ensino, projetos de extensão, qualificação do corpo docente e iniciação cientifica são questões inerentes a todos os cursos.
