The research problem that moves this work is the discursive forms of truth about the subject that circumscribes crime as an object in the brazilian knowledges, specifically, criminal anthropology, criminal juridic and criminal literary knowledges between the end of the nineteenth century and the beginning of the twentieth century, what establishs these knowledges in a space of true. So, the aim of the master's dissertation is to uncover the games of truth about the subject that makes these criminal knowledges, of this period, be placed in a space of true. Two were the hypothesis introduced and confirmed during the research: the primary hypothesis is that each of these criminal knowledges makes visible a singular objectivation of crime, simultaneous temporally, but different from each other because limited by distincts regimes of truth about the human, all contained in the same historical discursive event, the same ?pist?m?, in your historical a priori; the secondary hypothesis is that the coexistence of these regimes of truth in ther brazilian criminal knowledge shows a limit-problematization. In other words, the brazilian criminal knowledge reveals that your constituent problem, the historical a priori of the ?pist?m? where the brazil criminal knowledge is placed ? ?what the fact of practicing a crime represents, for the human, about his own?? ?, arises as a discursive practice of production not only of the objects of the criminal knowledges, but also as a discursive practice of foundation of these criminal knowledges. / A presente disserta??o vincula-se ? linha de pesquisa Viol?ncia, Crime e Seguran?a P?blica, do Programa de P?s-Gradua??o em Ci?ncias Criminais da Pontif?cia Universidade Cat?lica do Rio Grande do Sul. O problema que movimenta este trabalho ? o de tentar compreender as formas discursivas de verdade acerca do sujeito humano que circunscrevem o objeto-crime nos saberes brasileiros antropol?gico-criminal, jur?dico-criminal e liter?riocriminal entre o final do s?culo XIX e o in?cio do s?culo XX, garantindo a tais saberes uma posi??o no verdadeiro. A finalidade da pesquisa ?, ent?o, desnudar os jogos de verdade sobre o sujeito humano que fazem valer os saberes criminais brasileiros, deste per?odo, como saberes situados no verdadeiro. Duas foram as hip?teses lan?adas e confirmadas durante a pesquisa: a hip?tese prim?ria do trabalho ? que em cada um destes saberes criminais ? poss?vel perceber uma objetiva??o pr?pria do crime, simult?neas temporalmente, mas diferentes porque delimitadas por distintos regimes discursivos de verdade sobre o humano, compreendidos todos em um mesmo acontecimento discursivo hist?rico, uma mesma ?pist?m?, em seu a priori hist?rico pr?prio; a hip?tese secund?ria do trabalho ? que a coexist?ncia desses regimes de verdade no saber criminal brasileiro do per?odo mostra uma problematiza??o-limite. Em outras palavras, o saber criminal brasileiro revela que o seu problema constituinte, o a priori hist?rico da ?pist?m? na qual se localiza ? ?o que o fato de se praticar crime representa, para o humano, sobre o pr?prio humano?? ?, aparece como uma pr?tica discursiva de produ??o n?o s? dos objetos dos saberes criminais, mas tamb?m como uma pr?tica discursiva de funda??o desses mesmos saberes criminais.
