A tese formaliza a Teoria da Interdependência Estrutural das 3 Esferas (política; ideológica; econômica) aplicando seu modelo de análise no estudo do papel da Organização Política Finalista e na projeção de um processo político e social denominado de Radicalização Democrática. A exposição desta Teoria de Médio Alcance divide-se em partes intrínseca e extrínseca, iniciando com a articulação das categorias e seguindo com a argumentação lógica. A dimensão ontológica do trabalho se posiciona a partir dos pressupostos ideológico-doutrinários anarquistas. A dimensão teórico-epistemológica se localiza na aproximação do estruturalismo com a centralidade da ciência política, em específico da democracia de tipo social. A dimensão metodológica localiza o trabalho dentro dos estudos de análise estratégica. O trabalho formula uma teoria que instrumente o conceito de construção de Poder Popular. Este é criador de uma nova institucionalidade, onde as distintas representações e cortes de interesse e identidade estejam representados em uma base societária distributivista, com plenitude de direitos e garantias individuais e coletivas das liberdades de reunião, expressão, manifestação e organização. / The thesis formalizes the Theory of Structural Interdependence of the 3 spheres (political, ideological, economic) applying its model of analysis in the study of the role of the Organization and the final political projection of a social and political process known as Radicalizing the Democracy. The exposure of a Middle Range Theory (empirical theory construction) divides itself into intrinsic and extrinsic parts. The first part provides the essential theoretical statements, and the second one provides the definition of terms and all logical arguments. The ontological dimension of the thesis stands from the doctrinal-ideological anarchists assumptions. The theoreticalepistemological dimension is located in the approach of structuralism with the centrality of political science, in particularly in the social dimension of democracy. The methodological dimension is located in the strategic studies and subsequent analysis. The thesis produces a theory whose instrumentalizes the concept of building People's Power. This power creates a new political design, where the different sectors, identities, class fractions and segments is represented in a social equality based society with full rights and guarantees of individual and collective freedoms of assembly, expression, expression and organization.
