Previous issue date: 28 / Bolsa para curso e programa de Pós Graduação / Com o intuito de aprofundar o conhecimento sobre o trabalho de gestores escolares, bem como o tema do sentido do trabalho, realizaram-se dois estudos apresentados nesta
dissertação. O primeiro deles foi um artigo teórico intitulado: Estado da Arte do Sentido do Trabalho. O objetivo desta pesquisa foi fazer um levantamento bibliográfico das produções
dos últimos anos com a intenção de apresentar como o constructo de sentido do trabalho tem sido abordado no campo da Psicologia. Para tanto, foram realizadas consultas a bases de dados que reúnem publicações nacionais e internacionais. Entre os resultados gerais, considerando as pesquisas nacionais e internacionais, verificou-se que a maioria dos estudos empregou o método de pesquisa qualitativa (21), em detrimento do estudo teórico (10),
quantitativo (2) e misto (2). Além disso, pode-se observar que o constructo de ST tem sido utilizado como indicador para o impacto das mudanças do mundo do trabalho na
