Conselho Nacional de Desenvolvimento CientÃfico e TecnolÃgico / Esta pesquisa problematiza a temÃtica da juventude em uma comunidade remanescente de quilombos. Tem por finalidade investigar como se constitui e se afirma a identidade quilombola dos jovens moradores da comunidade BastiÃes, no Estado do Cearà (CE); conhecer o cotidiano dos jovens da comunidade BastiÃes, em especial as formas de expressÃes culturais; compreender como os grupos de expressÃo cultural influenciam na formaÃÃo da juventude na comunidade. Para atingi-los, adotei como procedimentos metodolÃgicos a observaÃÃo livre e as entrevistas semiestruturadas para investigar como se organizam os grupos e como esses desenvolvem suas atividades culturais. Durante a pesquisa contei com a participaÃÃo de dez sujeitos. Os resultados mostram que os valores sociais da comunidade foram construÃdos por meio dos antepassados e sobrevivem nos dias atuais. As novas geraÃÃes se expressam na comunidade atravÃs de atividades cotidianas ou em grandes eventos. A localidade apresenta problemas sociais que atingiram muitas geraÃÃes, como a dificuldade de acesso à informaÃÃo e ao conhecimento. Tal situaÃÃo afeta principalmente os jovens que tÃm sua formaÃÃo prejudicada por falhas na estrutura social. Com o advento do acesso à Internet, os jovens passaram a desenvolver atividades culturais e educacionais que contribuem para a valorizaÃÃo dos costumes locais e melhora a qualidade do ensino no que diz respeito ao acesso amplo à informaÃÃo e ao conhecimento, dentre essas atividades estÃo a criaÃÃo de blogs educacionais, grupos de teatro e danÃa. / This research discuss the topic of youth in a community remaining quilombos. It aims to investigate how it is and says the quilombo identity of the young residents of the bastions community in the state of Ceara (CE), to know the daily lives of youth in the Bastions community in particular to forms of cultural expressions. understand how cultural expression groups influence the formation of youth in the community. To meet them, we adopted as methodological procedures free observation and semi-structured interviews to investigate how to organize groups and develop their cultural activities. During the research we have the participation of ten subjects. The results show that the community social values were built by the ancestors and survive today. The new generations are expressed in the community through daily or in large events activities. The town has social problems that have hit many generations, such as the difficulty of access to information and knowledge. This situation affects mainly young people who have their training hampered by failures in the social structure. With the advent of the internet, young people began to develop cultural and educational activities that contribute to the development of local customs and improves the quality of education in regard to broad access to information and knowledge among these activities are the creation of educational blogs, theater and dance groups.
