CoordenaÃÃo de AperfeÃoamento de Pessoal de NÃvel Superior / Esta tese trata da EducaÃÃo de Jovens e Adultos integrada à EducaÃÃo Profissional no Ensino Fundamental, no Instituto Federal de EducaÃÃo, CiÃncia e Tecnologia, no Estado do ParÃ. Teve como objetivo investigar quais as contribuiÃÃes do Programa Nacional de IntegraÃÃo da EducaÃÃo Profissional com a EducaÃÃo BÃsica, na modalidade de EducaÃÃo de Jovens e Adultos, na FormaÃÃo Inicial e Continuada com Ensino Fundamental - PROEJA FIC, para a qualificaÃÃo profissional e elevaÃÃo da escolaridade dos alunos do IFPA/Campus TucuruÃ, bem como a atuaÃÃo docente presente nestes cursos ofertados. Como percurso metodolÃgico, optamos por uma pesquisa com abordagem qualitativa, e como instrumentos para coleta das informaÃÃes, foi eleita a observaÃÃo in loco, a pesquisa documental, a entrevista reflexiva e o grupo focal. Como teoria de anÃlise dos resultados, elegemos o materialismo histÃrico dialÃtico. Os resultados da pesquisa mostram que a capacitaÃÃo profissional foi o fator determinante para a presenÃa dos alunos nos cursos do PROEJA FIC, mas o que garantiu a permanÃncia dos alunos foi a compreensÃo da elevaÃÃo da escolaridade. Verificamos ainda a necessidade da oferta permanente de novas turmas do PROEJA FIC no Estado do ParÃ, uma vez que essa vinculaÃÃo da educaÃÃo profissional ao ensino fundamental trouxe resultados positivos de modo geral. Constatamos, ao final da pesquisa, que apenas o certificado de Auxiliar TÃcnico garantido pelo PROEJA FIC nÃo foi suficiente para a inserÃÃo no mercado de trabalho local, mas que, a partir desta capacitaÃÃo inicial, houve o reconhecimento da necessidade da certificaÃÃo tÃcnica integrada ao ensino mÃdio. / This thesis deals with the Education Youth and Adult Integrated professional education in Elementary Education at the Federal Institute for professional and Technical Education in the state of ParÃ. Which aimed to investigate the contributions of the National Program for Integration of professional Education to basic education in the Mode of Education Youth and Adults in Initial and Continuing Education in Elementary Education - PROEJA FIC for the qualification and school attendance of students IFPA / Tucuruà Campus, as well as the pedagogical action present in these course offerings. As a methodological approach we chose a qualitative research and as a tool for data collection in locus elected observation, reflective interviews and focus groups. As a theory of data analysis works with dialectical historical materialism. The survey results show us that vocational training was the determining factor for the presence of students in courses PROEJA FIC factor, but what ensured the permanence of the students was the understanding of school attendance. We also verified the need for ongoing supply of new classes of PROEJA FIC in the state of Parà since that binding of integrated professional education to primary education has brought positive results overall. Understand the end of the survey that only the certificate Technical Assistant guaranteed by PROEJA FIC was not enough for the insertion in the local labor market, but from that initial training was recognition of the need for integrated technical certification to high school.
