Dauguma sanatorijų vadovai jau puikiai supranta strateginio planavimo svarbą ilgalaikei veiklos sėkmei. Dažnas vadovas pasakoja apie sėkmingas strateginio planavimo sesijas, laiku atskleidusias svarbias problemas ir padėjusias sutelkti visos sanatorijos darbuotojų pastangas kryptingai verslo plėtrai. Antra vertus, Lietuvoje vis dar yra nemažai sanatorijų, kurių veiklos planavimas apsiriboja metinio biudžeto sudarymu, o aiškios verslo strategijos nėra arba ji gyvuoja tik aukščiausio vadovo galvoje. Tad strateginio planavimo tema yra aktuali ir naudinga, kadangi žinant strateginį planavimą galima stimuliuoti ateities analizavimą ir tam tikros sanatorijos vystymosi krypties suvokimą, suvienyti darbuotojų pastangas siekiant aiškių bendrų sanatorijos tikslų. Be to, strateginis planavimas leidžia racionaliausiai paskirstyti išteklius aiškiai nustatant veiklos prioritetus, padeda spręsti sanatorijos problemas iškilusias planavimo metu. Darbo objektas – Birštono sanatorijų strateginis planavimas. Darbo tikslas – įvertinti strateginį planavimą, nustatant pagrindines strateginio planavimo kliūtis. Siekiant užsibrėžto tikslo, yra nagrinėjami tokie uždaviniai: • Pateikti strategijos ir strateginio planavimo sampratas; • Įvardinti strateginio planavimo proceso etapus ir šiems etapams būdingas kliūtis; • Įvertinti Birštono sanatorijų strategijas; • Sukurti teorinį strateginio planavimo etapų kliūčių vertinimo modelį; • Atskleisti Birštono sanatorijų strateginio planavimo kliūtis ir jų... The leader rather often speaks about successful sessions of the strategic planning which discovered in time very important problems and which helped to concentrate the efforts of all sanatorium staff for the purposeful development of the business. On the other hand, there are some sanatoria in Lithuania which think that the planning of their activity is to form annual budget. But there is no clear business strategy or it is only in the mind of the leader. That’s why the theme of the strategic planning is actual and useful. When we know the analysis of the future analysis and the perception of the development direction of the sanatorium, unite the efforts of the staff in order to achieve clear common goals of the sanatorium. In addition, strategic planning enables rational distribution of the resources clearly previewing the priorities of the activity and helps to solve the problems in sanatorium which occur during the planning of the activity.
