Teorinėje darbo dalyje darbuotojų motyvacija ir motyvavimas nagrinėjamas teoriniame lygmenyje, kur įvardijama motyvavimo esmė bei uždaviniai, apžvelgiamos bei pateikiamos įvairių teoretikų motyvacijos teorijos, jų skirtumai ir panašumai bei nagrinėjamas motyvavimo priemonių ir metodų praktinis taikymas. Analitinėje dalyje atliekamas UAB “Runway” darbuotojų motyvacijos ir motyvavimo tyrimas, kuris buvo atliktas naudojant darbo autorės sudarytą anketą (remiantis teorine apžvalga), o tyrimo duomenys apdorojami MS Office Excel programa. Projektinėje darbo dalyje pateikiama motyvavimo sistema, atsižvelgiant į gautus atlikto tyrimo rezultatus bei pateiktas išvadas. In the theoretical part the motivation of employees is analyzed on theoretical level, where the essence and tasks of motivation are defined, motivational theories of various theorists are reviewed, as well as differences and similarities between them, also practical implementation of motivational means and methods are analyzed. In the analytical part a research of motivation of employees in the UAB “Runway” is carried out using a questionnaire (on the basis of theoretical review) prepared by the author of the work, and the data of the research are processed using MS Office Excel programme. In the project part of the work the motivational system is provided, in accordance with the results and conclusions of the research. Recommendations are also provided for the organization in order for the motivational system to be completed, in addition to the system implementation plan.
