The present document deals in detail with implementation and management aspects of the Project “Project Management and Performance Indicators”. The goal of this project is to provide the Software Consultant Altimea of a system that can display on a tangible and graphic fashion the performance of the projects it develops, in order to achieve greater profitability.
The system consists of various software applications that interact with each other to store and visualize the most recent information from the tasks involved in Altimea’s projects, and deliver such information to project managers and clients. Projects are first processed through a website and its tasks are converted to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), which can be accessed from smartphones with Android or IOS operative systems, or from tablets with IOS operative system. / El presente documento trata a detalle la gestión e implementación del proyecto "Gestión de Proyectos e indicadores de Performance". El objetivo del proyecto es proveerle a la consultora de software Altimea un sistema que pueda mostrar de manera tangible y gráfica el desempeño de sus proyectos y alcanzar una mayor rentabilidad en los mismos. El sistema presenta varias aplicaciones de software que interactúan entre sí para poder almacenar y visualizar la información más reciente de las tareas de los proyectos y darle tal información a los jefes de proyecto y clientes de Altimea. Los proyectos son ingresados mediante un portal web y luego las tareas son procesadas y convertidas en Indicadores Clave de Performance (KPI por sus siglas en inglés), los cuales se podrán visualizar desde smartphones con sistema operativo Android o iOS y desde tablets con sistema operativo iOS. / Tesis
