El proyecto de tesis Regeneración Urbana en Bellavista-Nanay, tiene como objetivo la revalorización de ésta zona de la ciudad de Iquitos por medio de la creación y ordenamiento del espacio público. Asimismo, proyecta el diseño del planteamiento general y de la edificación que optimice la realización del servicio de transporte fluvial, el cual constituye la principal actividad del área de intervención. Se busca la reinterpretación de la arquitectura vernácula amazónica, de manera que refleje la identidad de la zona. / The Urban Regeneration thesis project in Bellavista-Nanay, aims to revalorize this area of the city of Iquitos by the creation and organization of the public space. Likewise, it plans the design of the general approach and of the building that optimized the realization of the fluvial transport service, which is the main activity of the area of intervention. It seeks the reinterpretation of the Amazonian vernacular architecture, in a way that reflects the identity of the area. / Tesis
