Description

Creación de Nunakantu, un centro crematorio para mascotas que busca apoyar a los dueños brindándoles el servicio de cremación. Además, se caracteriza por contar con macetas que cumplen la función de urna donde podrán conservar las cenizas de las mascotas y mantener su recuerdo de una manera diferente, reduciendo la tristeza ocasionada por la pérdida. La elaboración del planeamiento estratégico y la evaluación del mercado objetivo han permitido determinar que el proyecto obtendría un rápido posicionamiento de marca y participación. En consecuencia, un retorno de la inversión en el mediano plazo que hace que el proyecto sea viable. / Creation of Nunakantu, a pet cremation center that seeks to support the owners by providing cremation services. In addition, it is characterized by having pots that fulfill the function of urn where they can keep the ashes of pets and keep their memory in a different way, reducing the sadness caused by the loss. The elaboration of the strategic planning and the evaluation of the target market have allowed to determine that the project would obtain a fast positioning of brand and participation.
