El presente plan de negocios consiste en desarrollar un aplicativo de entretenimiento nocturno “Pachangapp”, para facilitar a manera de guía y tener acceso de forma rápida a restaurantes, eventos, discotecas y bares de Lima más solicitados.
El aplicativo Pachangapp tiene como mercado meta a todas las personas que viven en Lima Metropolitana. Sin embargo, para la primera etapa nos vamos a enfocar en los distritos de: Santiago de Surco, Miraflores, La Molina, San Isidro, San Borja, Barranco, San Miguel y Magdalena. Asimismo, con mayor participación de mercado en los siguientes años, se buscará tener presencia en los demás distritos.
Los resultados del proyecto son de ser rentable económicamente y financieramente, dado que con una inversión total de S/. 120,473.23 soles, se obtiene un VANE de S/. 287,778. y una TIRE de 84.69% y es rentable financieramente, dado que con una inversión (solo con endeudamiento) de S/. 72,284.54 soles, se obtiene VANF de S/. 308,613.68 y una TIRF de 104.67 % (mayor al COK= 18.31%) / The present business plan consists of developing a nightly entertainment application "Pachangapp", to facilitate as a guide and have quick access to the most requested restaurants, events, discos and bars in Lima most resquested.
The Pachangapp application has as a target market all the people who live in Metropolitan Lima.
