El Perú ha sido el país con menos promoción a la inversión privada y con menos facilidades para poder invertir en el sector turismo, con problemas que van desde las barreras burocráticas que amenazan las inversiones en este sector, actos de corrupción, la falta de integración y fluidez entre los principales actores del estado.
El presente proyecto de tesis tiene como objetivo analizar desde los puntos de Vista de las Organizaciones del sector Privado cuáles son los factores que influyen en la participación de Obras del sector Turismo que permitan poner en valor nuestro Patrimonio Turístico y Cultural , y si el mecanismo de Obras por Impuesto impulsado por Mincetur permite crear un impacto positivo que dinamice la economía local de manera inmediata contribuyendo en mejorar la calidad de los destinos turísticos priorizados en la cartera del Mincetur. Así mismo, identificar el trabajo de cada uno de los actores involucrados, y como afecta en la promoción y puesta en valor de nuestros Atractivos Turísticos, Así también, identificar las brechas y deficiencias encontradas en la presente investigación.
En el primer capítulo del marco teórico, desarrollaremos los datos necesarios para poder contextualizar el tema de investigación, exponiendo los conceptos más relevantes sustentados en fuentes confiables que han servido de base para nuestra investigación.
En el segundo capítulo se desarrolló la metodología de la investigación, analizamos las muestras tomadas y los cuestionarios utilizados para las entrevistas; ello con el propósito posterior de interpretar y analizar los datos obtenidos.
En el tercer capítulo, se analiza los datos y si estos responden las preguntas de la investigación planteadas.
Finalmente, en el capítulo 4 se explican los resultados concluyentes de la investigación. / Peru has been the country with less promotion to private investment and with less facilities to invest in the tourism sector, with problems ranging from bureaucratic barriers that threaten investments in this sector, acts of corruption, lack of integration and fluidity among the main actors of the state.
The objective of this thesis project is to analyze from the points of view of the Private Sector Organizations what are the factors that influence the participation of Works of the Tourism sector that allow to value our Tourist and Cultural Heritage, and if the mechanism of Works by Tax driven by Mincetur allows creating a positive impact that dynamizes the local economy immediately contributing to improve the quality of the tourist destinations prioritized in the Mincetur portfolio. Likewise, identify the work of each of the actors involved, and how it affects the promotion and enhancement of our Tourist Attractions, as well as identifying the gaps and deficiencies found in the present investigation.
In the first chapter of the theoretical framework, we will develop the necessary data to contextualize the research topic, exposing the most relevant concepts based on reliable sources that have served as the basis for our research.
In the second chapter the methodology of the investigation was developed, we analyzed the samples taken and the questionnaires used for the interviews; this with the subsequent purpose of interpreting and analyzing the data obtained.
In the third chapter, the data is analyzed and if they answer the research questions posed.
Finally, chapter 4 explains the conclusive results of the investigation. / Tesis
