Actualmente todas las empresas a nivel mundial ponen en práctica diferentes acciones de responsabilidad social corporativa (RSC) para que puedan generar retorno monetario a largo plazo. Sin embargo, no muchas organizaciones toman en cuenta lo importante que es prestarles atención a las acciones de responsabilidad social corporativa (RSC) que se tienen hacia los stakeholders internos, es decir, hacia sus propios colaboradores. Se han realizado muchas investigaciones a empresas de servicio, manufactura o ingeniería, pero ningún autor investiga a empresas del sector bancario. Es por eso que en el siguiente paper se investigará el impacto que tienen las acciones de responsabilidad social corporativa (RSC) interna del banco Scotiabank en la percepción de sus colaboradores y cómo las buenas estrategias afectan al performance de la empresa. / Currently, the vast majority of all companies worldwide tend to carry out different corporate social responsibility (CSR) actions so that in return, they can generate long-term monetary returns. However, many organizations actually fail to take into account how important it is to really pay attention to corporate social responsibility (CSR) actions that are taken towards internal stakeholders, that is, towards their own collaborators.
Much research has already been conducted with various service, manufacturing, or engineering companies, but none of that research includes any investigations on certain Peruvian companies which are currently considered to be the best places of employment.
Due to the lack of research and investigation, the following paper will talk about the impact of the actions of corporate social responsibility (CSR) of Scotiabank bank which will be based on the perception of its employees and how good strategies positively affect the performance of the company. / Trabajo de investigación
