El presente planeamiento estratégico se ha desarrollado con el objetivo de analizar la
problemática actual del sector turismo en la provincia del Cusco, y plantear una situación
futura deseada, por medio de una visión y misión, y a partir de ello crear estrategias y
proponer las fuentes de recursos necesarios para lograrlo.
A través de las diversas estrategias desarrolladas en el presente documento lo que se
pretende obtener al llegar el 2028 es el crecimiento de tanto en capacidad como calidad de los
productos turísticos que ofrece y puede ofrecer la provincia. Además tener vías de
comunicación que permitan el traslado eficiente de los turistas y la generación de empleo
resultado del crecimiento del sector.
Uno de los problemas más grandes de este sector es la baja inversión que se tiene
destinado y es debido a que no es encuentra dentro de la estructura municipal un área que
enfoque sus actividades al desarrollo competitivo de esta. / The present strategic planning has been developed with the objective of analyzing the
current problems of the tourism sector in the province of Cusco, and to propose a desired
future situation, through a vision and mission, and from that create strategies and propose the
sources of resources needed to achieve it.
Through the various strategies developed in this document, what is expected to be
achieved by 2028 is the growth in both capacity and quality of the tourism products offered

transfer of tourists and the generation of employment resulting from the growth of the sector.
