económicos productivos. El sistema financiero ha acompañado este crecimiento a través del
desarrollo de productos y servicios que buscan atraer a una mayor cantidad de partícipes. El
desarrollo y crecimiento del sector ha sido soportado por el dinamismo del crecimiento
económico, y la oferta diversificada de productos y servicios financieros; siendo el Sistema
de Administración de Fondos Mutuos uno de los principales impulsores desde su creación.
Los antecedentes señalados motivan el desarrollo de un plan estratégico del Sistema de
Administración de Fondos Mutuos en el Perú, que buscará fortalecer, dinamizar y afianzar el
sistema financiero, el cual estará a disposición de (a) Superintendencia del Mercado de
Valores, (b) Superintendencia de Banca, Seguros y AFP, (c) Ministerio de Economía y
Finanzas, (d) Sociedades Administradoras de Fondos Mutuos, y (e) público en general. El
presente plan estratégico tiene como visión para el 2026 fortalecer la rentabilidad, mediante
la diversificación de sus portafolios de inversión y el desarrollo de alianzas estratégicas,
como con las Cajas Municipales de Ahorro y Crédito, lo cual permitirá disponer de su
capacidad instalada, dinamizando la captación de partícipes al sistema. Se concluye que la
celeridad del crecimiento del Sistema de Administración de Fondos Mutuos requerirá
especializar y desarrollar políticas de inversión que promuevan la competitividad de las
organizaciones que muestren iniciativas viables, alineadas a los criterios de sostenibilidad y
preservación del medio ambiente. Además, se considerará una responsabilidad social
compartida y la creación de valor compartido / The Peruvian economic development of the last decades has stimulated the productive
economic sectors. The financial system has matched this growth through the development of
products and services that aim at luring more participants. The development and growth of
the sector has been supported by the dynamism of the economic growth, and the diversified
supply of financial products and services; where the Mutual Funds Administration System is
one of the main promoters since its creation. The background identified motivate the
development of a strategic plan of the Mutual Funds Administration System in Peru, that will
aim at strengthening, stimulating and invigorating the financial system, which will be
available to (a) The Superintendence of the Securities Market, (b) The Superintendence of
Banks, Insurance and Pension Plan Companies, (c) The Ministry of Economy and Finance,
(d) The Administrative Corporations of Mutual Funds, and (e) the public in general. The
vision of this strategic plan towards 2026 is to invigorate profitability by diversifying its
investment portfolios and the development of strategic partnerships, such as with the Savings
and Credit Municipal Banks, which will allow using its installed capacity, thus stimulating
the contacting of potential participants in the system. It is concluded that the speed of the
growth of the Mutual Funds Administration System will require to specialize in it and to
develop investment policies that may promote the competitiveness of the organizations that
show viable initiatives, aligned with the criteria of sustainability and the preservation of the
environment. It will also consider a shared social responsibility and the creation of shared
