El presente artículo académico tiene como finalidad determinar la
inconstitucionalidad de la consulta al momento de operar obligatoriamente sobre
las resoluciones que versan sobre el ejercicio del control difuso. Para ello, es
necesario analizar la figura jurídica de la consulta, la figura del control difuso, y
la relación entre ambos. / The purpose of this academic article is to determine the unconstitutionality of the
consultation at the time of mandatory operation on the resolutions that deal with
the exercise of diffuse control. For this purpose, it is necessary to analyze the
