Bakgrund: Genom perioperativt arbetssätt vårdar anestesi- och operationssjuksköterskortillsammans patienten före, under och efter ingreppet. Urakut kejsarsnitt är ett komplextingrepp med fokus att rädda liv. Komplikationer kan uppstå, vilket leder till att ingreppetsnabbt skiftar i intensitet. Specialistsjuksköterskor försätts då i en position där det ställskrav på stresstålighet och kompetens. Båda bidrar med sin unika spetskompetens och sittperioperativa förhållningssätt, vilket kan lindra lidande för patienten. Detta gör anestesiochoperationssjuksköterskor till en viktigt medarbete i teamet. Syfte: Syftet med studien var att belysa specialistsjuksköterskors upplevelse under denperioperativa vården vid urakut kejsarsnitt. Metod: I studien användes kvalitativ metod där datamaterialet analyserades med kvalitativinnehållsanalys. Datamaterialet bygger på intervjuer som genomfördes med fyraanestesisjuksköterskor och fyra operationssjuksköterskor.Resultat: Ur analysen av datamaterialet framträdde tre kategorier; den relationsinriktadeomvårdnaden, en utmanande arbetssituation samt teamets betydelse med sjuunderkategorier.Konklusion: I resultatet framkommer att genom att vara en trygg person kan en godpatientrelation upprätthållas, när värdighet visas för patienten kan det minska lidande.Kommunikation och känna stöttning inom teamet är viktigt för att samarbetet ska fungera.När arbetssituationen är utmanande vid exempelvis komplikationer medför detta stress.Scenarioträning kan ge möjligheten till kompetenshöjning och ge mer trygghetspecialistsjuksköterskors arbetsroll. / Background: Through perioperative nursing, nurse anaesthetist and theatrical nurse together care for the patient before, during and after surgical procedure. Emergency caesarean section (Ecs) is a complex situation where focus is to save lives. Complications can occur, leading to a rapid change in work intensity. The special nurses are then placed in a position where there is a demand for stress resistance and competence. Both contribute with their unique competence and perioperative nursing, which can alleviate suffering for the patient. This makes the nurse anaesthetist and theatrical nurse`s an important part of the team. The aim: The aim of the study was to elucidate the experience of special nurses during theperioperative care of the Ecs. Method: The study used a qualitative method where the data material was analyzed with qualitative content analysis. The data is based on interviews conducted with four nurse anaesthetist and four theatrical nurse s. Results: Three categories emerged from the analysis; the relational care, a challenging work situation, the importance of the team with eight subcategories. Conclusion: The result point out by being a confident person a good patient relationship can be maintained, when dignity is shown it can reduce suffering for the patient.Communication and support within the team is important for the collaboration to work.When work situation is challenging this causes stress. Scenario training can provide the opportunity for skills enhancement and provide more security for the specialist nurse's jobrole.
