Torget som omsluts av Tensta konsthall, tunnelbanestationen och det nya stadsdelshuset renoveras i ambition att skapa en trivsam och samlande plats.3/4 av parkeringssets befintliga strukturen behålls. Dels för att återanvända material och byggnadsdelar men även för att skapa en känsla av att det befintliga går i god för det nya.Genom att riva en del av parkeringshuset får torgbildningen lämpligare proportioner och det öppnas upp en tydlig visuell koppling mellan Tenstagången och torget. Detta är vitalt för att torget på det nedre planet ska kännas välkomnande. De befintliga pelarna och TT-kassetterna kommer att fungera som byggnadens skelett inom vilket ny arkitektur, i form av platsgjutna volymer, adderas. Volymerna tillför funktion till skelettet. Utöver dessa två huvudsakliga system adderas rumsindelare av trä. Närarkiven blir hyllor som delar upp den öppna ytan. Dessa tillägg är ickebärande och går att förändra efter tidens gång.Huvudentrén är i nivå med torget och kommer tillsammans med entrén till Tensta konsthall och en ny entré till tunnelbanan skapa en samlande offentlig plats. Stadsdelshusets entréplan blir en förlängning av torget, här finner man alla offentliga funktioner. På de övre planen är kontorsverksamheterna placerade.En typ av cirkulation per plan.
