Contra-power harassment : mot-makts trakasserier på arbetsplatsen

When speaking of the gender power perspective, equality work is based on a general subordinated and superordination between women and men. The gender power perspective’spurpose is to achieve a social change in the gender power order where the goal is to alter the power relations between women and men. Men´s violence against women continues in many areas of the society which needs further attention to be gradually eradicated. In workplaces, all forms of discrimination are prohibited to promote equal rights and opportunities for both women and men. New studies show that women with managerial roles are subjected to harassments by subordinate men. Harassments in the form of unwanted and unpleasant behaviour such as sexist comments, stares, fondling or other similar condescending attitudes based on gender.
