Den här studien undersöker hur en influencers trovärdighet påverkas om hen visar upp positiva samt negativa aspekter av sitt liv genom olika digitala kanaler. Syftet med studien är att undersöka hur trovärdig mottagaren upplever influencers som producerar innehåll på sina digitala kanaler som består av både positiva och negativa aspekter av influencerns liv. En enkät genomfördes samt en kodning av Bianca Ingrossos olika digitala kanaler. Ingrosso är en av Sveriges största influencers och är i denna uppsats representativ för influencer världen. Resultatet från enkäten och kodningen tillsammans med teori gav studien en slutsat. Slutsatsen blev att en influencer kan framstå mindre trovärdig när hen uttrycker både positiva och negativa aspekter av livet på olika digitala kanaler. Däremot visar studien att det potentiellt är så att en influencer inte behöver ha en hög grad av trovärdighet för att bli en stor influencer med många följare. / This study examines how an influencers credibility is affected by the fact that they show positive as well as negative aspects of their lives through various digital channels. The aim of this study is to examine how credible recipients perceive influencers when they produces content on various digital channels that contains both positive and negative aspects of their lives. A survey was conducted as well as a coding of Bianca Ingrosso's digital channels. Ingrosso is one of Sweden’s biggest influencers and is representative of the influencer world in this study. The result from the survey and the coding together with theory gave the result that an influencer can appear less credible when expressing both positive and negative aspects of life on different digital channels. However, the study shows that an influencer doesn't necessarily have to have a high level of credibility to become a successful influencer with many followers.
