[pt] A dimensão intencional protetiva da sadia qualidade de vida que informa
os Princípios de Direito Ambiental é, por este estudo, traduzida na ação de
mapeamento das legislações ambiental e urbanística em Sistema de Informação
Geográfica (SIG) para a concepção de estruturas espaciais que favoreçam o
intercâmbio gênico entre as Unidades de Conservação de Proteção Integral da
Reserva Biológica do Tinguá e do Parque Municipal de Nova Iguaçu. A análise
das formas-conteúdo existentes no espaço mapeado informam as técnicas jurídicopolítico-
financeira a serem utilizadas para a implementação do Sistema de Áreas
Verdes na parte central de baixada do Município de Nova Iguaçu, em
cumprimento às exigências contidas nos artigos 126 e seguintes do Projeto do
Novo Plano Diretor Municipal, ação que pode vir a determinar um novo processo
histórico de ocupação dos referidos espaços urbanos e rurais, refuncionalizandoos
em corredores ecológicos. / [en] Protective intent of healthy quality of life that form the basis for the Legal
Environmental Principles are, on this study, translated into mapping of the
environmental and urban legislation in Geographical Information System (GIG)
for the conception of spatial structures that promote genetic interchange between
full preservation units of Tinguá Biological Reserve and the Municipal Park of
Nova Iguaçu. Existent form-content analysis on mapped space that substantiates
the legal-political-finance techniques to be used for the implementation of the
Green Areas System in the central lowland area of Nova Iguaçu, as set forth in
articles 126 through 136 of the proposed new Municipal Urban Planning
Directive, which may dictate a new historical occupation process of both urban
and rural areas of Nova Iguaçu, recasting them to function as ecological corridors.
