[pt] O objetivo desta tese é analisar as violações de direitos envolvendo o uso público religioso no Parque Nacional da Tijuca, principalmente aqueles referentes ao ritual pentecostal que os(as) negros(as) vêm praticando e, consequentemente, resistindo no processo de (re)produção e apropriação capitalista do espaço urbano. A partir da observação direta sobre as práticas pentecostais, a tese examina a legitimação da divisão de classe e raça, verificando os seus efeitos no uso público no Parque Nacional da Tijuca. Interpreta, sob o ponto de vista dos(as) negros (as), os modos de produção das ausências, negligências, desqualificação e estigmatização da religiosidade por via do silenciamento, da opressão e da marginalização empregada pelo Estado. Por fim, realiza uma leitura crítica sobre as iniciativas e movimentos alternativos ao modo de produção capitalista, revelando a diversidade de experiências espirituais e sociais vivenciadas pelos pentecostais que buscam resignificar seus modos de vida e identidades pela fé e pela ação. / [en] This thesis aims to analyze the rights violations involving the religious public use in the Tijuca National Park. The thesis focus on Pentecostal rituals of black people and on the consequently resisting process, considering the context of capitalist (re)production and appropriation of urban space. From semi-structured interviews and directed observation of Pentecostal practices, the thesis examines the legitimation of the class and race division, verifying the effects on public use at National Park of Tijuca. It interprets, under the point of view of blacks, the types of production of absences, negligences, disqualification and stigmatization of religiosity by the silence, the oppression and marginalization employed by the State. Finally, it carries out a critical reading on the initiatives and movements of the capitalist production, revealing the diversity of spiritual and social experiences of the Pentecostals who seek to resignify their ways of life and identities by faith and by the action.
