La thèse porte sur la propriété des oeuvres plurales, et plus précisément sur les droits des coauteurs d’une même oeuvre. La co-activité a, en effet, pour résultat de partager les droits moraux et patrimoniaux que la loi confère au créateur sur son oeuvre. L’exercice de ces droits varie dans le temps et dans l’espace. L’objet de ce travail est, par conséquent, d’étudier comment les droits qui naissent de la propriété littéraire et artistique se répartissent entre coauteurs, à la fois dans leurs rapports et dans ceux qu’ils peuvent nouer avec des tiers. Elle s’inscrit dans une perspective qui n’est pas spécifiquement nationale, mais qui fait aussi la place à l’histoire et au droit comparé. Cette thèse a pour objet l’étude des droits des coauteurs en matière de propriété intellectuelle. The co-activity results in sharing the moral and patrimonial rights that the law confers on the creator over his work. The exercise of these rights varies in time and space. The purpose of this work is, therefore, to study how the rights arising from literary and artistic property are distributed among co-authors, both in their relations and in those they can establish with third parties. It is part of a perspective that is not specifically national but that also makes room for history and comparative law.
