В 1-й главе отражена сущность процесса снабжения на промышленном предприятии, а также приведен анализ успешного опыта зарубежных предприятий. Во 2-й главе приведено описание основной деятельности АО «НПО автоматики», рассмотрены и проанализированы основные финансовые показатели организации. Также подробно проанализирована работа центра центра материально-технического обеспечения. В 3-й главе содержаться результаты разработки предлагаемого проекта по развитию ЦМТОиЛ предприятия АО «НПО автоматики». / The first chapter reflects the essence of the supply process at an industrial enterprise, as well as an analysis of the successful experience of foreign enterprises. The 2nd chapter describes the main activities of JSC NPO Avtomatiki, reviews and analyzes the main financial indicators of the organization. The work of the center of the logistics center was also analyzed in detail. The third chapter contains the results of the development of the proposed project for the development of CMT&L of the enterprise NPO Avtomatiki.
